John 2:1-12
On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding. When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.” “Woman, why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.”His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons. Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim.
Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.” They did so, and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside and said,
“Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.” What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him. After this he went down to Capernaum with his mother and brothers and his disciples. There they stayed for a few days.

John 2:11
We need to reserve the word “miracle”
for when we truly see an unbelievable
miracle of Jesus take place in life.
When miracles do happen, we need to give
Jesus the rightful praise for allowing that
miracle to bless us or bless someone else.
Never stop
praying & hoping
for miracles!
“It is a miracle to open a blind man’s eyes; it is a
greater miracle to open the eyes of his sin-blinded
soul so that he can see the beauty in Jesus. It is a
miracle to cleanse a man of leprosy; it is a greater
miracle to change a sinner so that he becomes pure
in heart and life. It is a miracle to make a deaf man
hear; it is a greater miracle to speak so that a
person, deaf to the gospel, hears and heeds the
message. It is a miracle to raise someone from the
dead: it is a greater miracle to bring eternal life to
someone dead in trespasses and sins.”
- John Phillips
“Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these…”
John 14:12
Keep Praying
Keep Believing
“It took a miracle to put the stars in place; it took a miracle to hang the
world in space. But when He saved my soul, cleansed and made me whole, it
took a miracle of love and grace.”
