Try something that is not deep fired and not smothered in grease and fat.

Try something healthy for once

Try to not eating a full turkey for a change

DESSERT

Try taking baby steps and try something smaller first then eliminate it.

The Concern• The potential of America is slipping out of our

hands people start not to care we lose athletes and people who want to participate and serve for our country and we will become concurred by Mother Russia.

• Obesity is something that is growing and people are growing if we continue these ways we will lose all ability to walk and we will run out of recourses and we will all die and there will be no hope. This is how the world will end unless we change our ways.

• Another outcome that could happen if we do not loose all of our food we will add so much weight to the world that it will send us plummeting into the sun and we will all burn up. With the earth gone it will send the rest of the universe into chaos and then we will be the main cause of the universe destroying itself.
