Positive discussion and momentum right now. Matt went from East to West - from the Spa to Nona discussing various projects: New Condo Bld, Bay to Bay Bld, Former Post Office space, Tonicity, White/Black 2 Story building (future site for Cafe Vino Tinto) - Condo Building off Bayshore nearing completion, (45 new condo owners will be moving in), group discussed possibility of creating a “Welcome Package” to send new owners, could be made up of coupons or flyers from downtown merchants - Pls note: Brick Intersections at Main & 6th / Main & 7th getting maintenance work done this Summer- pls check City website for updates/exact dates- Collaborative Work Space is going in near former Bella Kouzina (700 Block), more to come on rates/options- 5/11 Sidewalk Sale was a Huge Turnout! Tentative date for Fall 2019 Sidewalk sale is 9/28, planning to discuss in June Mtg
