TOMACULOUS NEUROPATHY: HEREDITARY PREDISPOSITION TO PRESSURE PALSIES Aust NZ J Med 1985; 15: 598-603 The legend for Figure 4 (p. 600) should read ‘Electron micrograph of a longitudinally sectioned nerve fibre showing adaxonal degeneration (arrows), splitting of myelin lamellae, vacuolation and condensation as dense aggregates, all attesting to degenerative changes. (A) represents the apparently normal axon ( x 5,200)’. In the text (p. 601) the second sentence should read ‘some fibres showed adaxonal degeneration with relative sparing of the outer myelin lamellae and preservation of the axons (Fig. 4)’.
BRANHAMELLA CATARRHALIS, A RESPIRATORY TRACT PATHOGEN Aust NZ J Med 1985; 15: 579-84. On page 580, Table 1 , ‘Acid production from glucose: positive’ should read ‘Acid production from glucose: negative’.
PREDICTIVE VALUE OF QUANTITATIVE RENOGRAPHY FOR SUCCESSFUL TREATMENT OF ATHEROSCLEROTIC RENOVASCULAR HYPERTENSION
Aust NZ J Med 1985; 15: 617-22. On page 619, line six, ‘clearance <40 ml/min per 1.73 m2’ should read ‘clearance >40 ml/min per 1.73 m2’.
