Rail Safety National Law (South Australia) Act 2012

The draft Rail Safety National Law was introduced into the

South Australian parliament in March 2012 and

successfully passed through both houses on 1 May 2012.

Other States and Territories have progressively passed

enabling legislation to give effect to the Rail Safety National

Law within each jurisdiction.
