The Industrial Revolution that preceded the war alsochanged the nature of sarin the respect that weaponsand munitions could be mass produced in wartimefactories. These factories had female workers becausemost men were at war this caused a society change in

the employment of women. These factories were oftenrun by the government and had extremely dangerousconditions. These factories along with the industrialrevolution which caused this changed were crucial tothe supply of weapons at war and allowed the natureof warfare to change.
