Middlewood Locks is just a short walk from Salford
Central train station, which together with the local area,
is undergoing a multimillion-pound transformation. This
development will see the station extended to a total of
nine platforms, designed to service over 18 trains per
hour. The station offers connections to the rest of the
UK, taking you directly to Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle,
York and Manchester Airport, putting businesses in a
prime position for their customers, staff and suppliers.
As part of this project, National Rail will be refurbishing
archways along Trinity Way, creating secure, well-
lit, illuminated walkways, meaning you can be in the
city centre within minutes. There will also be a new
pedestrian bridge in place, so those living and working at

via many different routes.
