Neuroscience is one of the most fast-moving of all the sciences. Every day we uncover fascinating facts about the brain that help us to understand and improve our performance, motivation, emotional control and response to stress. This information has significant implications for how you train and reward your employees, how you can encourage effective team-working and improve efficiency and achievement within your organisation. Equally importantly, we are learning how you as a leader can improve your effectiveness, resilience and ability to develop, communicate and lead strategy.
