The adaptable seating configurations mean the Allspace really lives up to its name, with an astonishing 1775L of storage capacity when arranged as a two-seater. When set up as a 5-seater, storage capacity is 700L, and an impressive 230L when all seats are in use.

Technology & Safety

1. “Area View” environmental view 360°. The all-round birds eye view of the area around the vehicle is provided by four cameras, which are discreetly integrated into the vehicle.2. Park Assist. Your car will practically park itself, parallel and series parking, cleverly steering into the tightest of spaces at the touch of a button. 3. Electronic Parking Brake with Autohold. Stops your car from accidentally rolling backwards when you're stationary or setting off on a hill.

Dual Clutch Gearbox DSG The optional 6-speed dual clutch gearbox DSG permits fully automatic gear changing with no interruption in power flow, which results in significantly increased driving comfort. The driver can choose between normal and sport mode.

The new Tiguan Allspace 1.4L engine strikes a fine balance between both power and efficiency. The turbo technology forces cooled air straight into the engine, giving you increased performance, a 150 Hp at 5,000 - 6,000 rpm and torque 250 Nm at 1,500 - 3,500 rpm.

Dynamic Chasis control (DCC) withDriving Profile SelectionFor enchanced vehicle handling, dynamic chassis control (DCC) with driving profile selection makes it possible to adjust the running gear to five tuning at the touch of a screen.

3 Zone Climatronic Air ConditioningSystemwith air intensity control and air recirculation automation ensure the temperature can be adjusted according to the individual needs ofthe driver, front passenger and rear seat passengers.

3. Electronic stability Programme. Prevent under- or oversteering via targeted braking of individual wheels.

Airbags. Provides the best possible protection in the event of head-on and side impacts as standard. The front passenger airbag can be deactivated using the vehicle key.

Electronic differential lock (Edl). Distributes the engine torque to the tyres without slippage.

Seat belt warning. If the seat belt is not fastened, the seat belt warning reminds the driver to fasten the belt with a visual warning and an acoustic warning after setting off.

Anti-lock braking system (aBs). Prevents wheel block and, thus, maintains manoeuvrability.

Tyre Pressure Monitoring. Provides tire pressure information through instrument panel in the Dashboard from sensors on each wheel.

ISOFIX. ISOFIX is an international standard designed to ensure children's car seats are installed easily and safely.
