▶ Service Catalog: Requirements-focused service catalog enables clients to make conscientious decisionsbased on actual value (service + cost). Our “Solution Designer” provides cost and service normalizationand comparison across available cloud services. Salient CRGT's engineers stand ready to assist clients withselecting the appropriate service offering.

▶ Orchestration, Provisioning, and Configuration Management: Clients (or Salient CRGT's on a client’s behalf)can provision service offerings, initiating an automated workflow that uses system-level integration and API callsto obtain selected cloud resources. These workflows can branch and integrate with other management systemsfor enhanced solutions. Workflows are integrated with service request trackers, such as Remedy, for fulltransparency and traceability.

▶ Chargeback and Showback: Aggregates cost and usage information for provisioned services across all cloudresources and logically relates it to each client’s budget goals. Includes real-time cost reporting, according toagency, office, project, budget codes; invoicing and various funding stream related metadata;and detailed usage metrics for all services.

▶ Management Dashboard: Customizable dashboards aggregate client system information from provisionedservice offerings, allowing users to provision/de-provision, report, set and adjust thresholds and alarms withoutthe burden of accessing multiple disparate interfaces.
