The Potentate’s MessageWhen I was elected to the position of Oriental Guide I was told to get ready to gain 10 pounds by the time my year as Potentate came to an end. Well, as I entered my fi nal months as Potentate I thought I was home free…. the scales seemed pretty even with what they had been in 2010… and then October hit. I found myself along with many of you enjoying a Pancake brunch at the Sun City Center Shrine Club, a fantastic Pig Roast hosted by our Cracker Jack Unit and a great array of chili at our annual Chili Cook-off at Hooper’s Hollow and then there was Fun n’ Frolic’s Oktoberfest with their usual fare of great German food and music. Sandwiched in between these daytime events were dinners in the Oasis on family movie night and our Master Masons night at Holyrood lodge.
Wow – as you can see October was really a food fi lled month and a fun fi lled one too as we also enjoyed the Motor Corps Halloween food and fl ing, the open house at the Lakeland Fire House and the National Street Rod Association Rally promoting Shrinedom and our Hospital. My thanks to all who came out to support all these events.
As you can see we have hit the deck running and November will continue with lots of fun things to do including the beginning of our parade season. Please be sure to read your Sands so you won’t miss out on all the excitement and share the news of what’s going on here at Egypt with all your brothers in the Blue Lodge so they can submit their petitions and enjoy the “good times” with the rest of us.
And you thought it was over, well it wasn’t, we have appointed a new Membership Team Chairman and you talk about hitting the ground running Noble Dean DiLeo is in full speed building a new team! If you are interested in working with him and the rest of the team their fi rst meeting will be November the 5th.

Out with old and in with the new. The membership team will have new faces and new ideas for the coming year. However we still have to live in the present. WE NEED PETITIONS. Go to your Lodges and make that good man better and make him a Shriner. Also if you know of someone who hasn’t paid his dues, please get him to do so. We have to keep from losing good men out the back door. We lose more good men for not paying dues that we lose to the Black Camel. The children in our hospitals are counting on us to keep their hopes alive. We need more good men so out and get them. Remember we HOLD OUR CHILDREN IN OUR HANDS AND HEART. The team learned a lot at the membership seminar, but if we don’t help them all is for naught. Please give the new chairman Dean Dileo your full attention.
Yours In The Faith,
Richard WeaverMembership Chairman

Scottish Rite News
By Worshipful Casey Fletcher 32°, KCCH
Freemasonry introduces us to many wise men in history. Last month, we mentioned Aristotle and described his views on friendship as developed in his Nicomachean Ethics. Aristotle’s infl uence on Freemasonry’s ritual appears in many places.
The Perfect Points of Entrance in the Entered Apprentice lecture might be traced to the Ethics (these virtues are also are thoroughly explored in Cicero’s On Moral Duties). The EA lecture is our Masonic introduction to the four cardinal virtues fortitude, prudence, temperance and justice. A brief explanation of each is furnished in the lecture.
In his Ethics, Aristotle explained these virtues more thoroughly. Importantly, he fi rst discussed why they are important and what their goal is. His view was that their chief aim was eudemonia, which loosely translates from the Greek as “happiness” or “human fl ourishing.” Aristotle clarifi es that real happiness is something we seek as a fi nal result – not something we seek just to achieve or acquire something else. We seek eudemonia because it is good in itself; it is an end unto itself.
By extension, the Perfect Points of Entrance are not something we seek in order to accomplish something else, we seek them because they contain intrinsic merit. Aristotle, and the EA Lecture, suggest that four cardinal virtues are not necessarily what we do, but are what defi ne us as good men and Masons. We will be recognized as Masons because we demonstrate these qualities. To Aristotle, virtue, in a real sense, is who we are. It is our individual traits and characteristics -- not a means to something else.
Albert Pike does not quite agree, especially in his lecture to the Eleventh Degree, Elu of the Twelve. He asserts that we seek virtue precisely because we do seek to accomplish something else. Having developed our character, the practice of virtue
enhances our ability to perform our duties, to help others and improve society. Virtue is more than what we are, it is what we do. Applying our virtues, we pursue our duty so the consequences of our good works might infl uence our present world and leave a legacy for the future.
For Pike, the exercise of virtue is a means to something else, something great and profound. The more virtuous we become, the more good and useful we are to our fellow Masons and the world. He asserts we will be known as Masons by what we do.
Both Aristotle and Pike speak with a common voice on one matter. Virtue is an acquired habit. It is a skill that must be learned, developed and repeated. To obtain some semblance of any of the four cardinal virtues in our characters and to demonstrate them in our lives requires reason, knowledge, study, practice and repetition. Virtue is not a natural condition for us and it only results from our determined and life-long efforts to improve ourselves.
The Scottish Rite’s degrees will next be conferred on April 11th and 18th. Petitions are available at http://tampascottishrite.org.
The Valley of Tampa regularly meets at its Center in Tampa on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:30 PM, preceded by a 5:45 PM dinner.
On November 10th, Brother Kenneth Carolan, 32nd degree, will present a Masonic education program during the Consistory meeting.
The writer is the Past Master of Tuscan Lodge No. 6 in Bartow, Florida. He may understand neither Aristotle’s nor Pike’s views on virtue and ethics – but makes a habit of trying.

Hospital Tour Guide News
By Noble Frank Harmon
The entry lobby and main desk is always well staffed, usually by an employee and a volunteer. Most of the action starts here and the fi rst thing you notice is the fact that everything is brightly colored with cartoons and child attracting themes. There is a fi sh tank and a large play area stocked with coloring supplies, toys and video games; a good place to wait for your turn to visit the Doctor. The information board, near the fi sh tank, has facts about the hospital including the date of dedication in 1985 and the number of staff and volunteers available to work. The various departments and activities are listed with the monthly totals for each area. You can see that we are a very busy place.
Also on the board is the State of Florida and South Georgia depicted from a Shrine Temple location aspect. Each Temple has group of Shriners who will drive children, who do not have transportation, to the hospital for their appointments. Some of these trips may start very early in the morning and can last very late into the night. Some trips might even require an overnight stay either before or after the appointment. The Transportation Drivers are an extremely dedicated group of Shriners. You may have noticed the vans in the parking lot as you came in; those are from various Temples and often you can fi nd the drivers here in the lobby, downstairs in the cafeteria or mingling with the children.
A patient enters the hospital here in the lobby and signs in on the computer located on the other side of the fi sh tank. They may then take a seat or go into the play area and wait to be called for their appointment. There are times when this lobby is standing room only and can be a very active place.
The Tampa Hospital is in the Egypt Temple jurisdiction and we are of course, very proud to wear our Egypt Fezzes. In the Fez case are donated Fezzes from other Temples together with some from appendent ladies organizations. On top of the case is a Tierra recognizing the Daughters of the Nile, commemorating over 100 years of dedication to the
Shriners Hospitals; they have donated in excess of $1,000,000.00. In the offi ce is the volunteer services department which has the monumental task of coordinating all the volunteer activities of the hospital. In as much as we Tour Guides are volunteers, coordinating us has been likened to herding cats. Ah come on, we aren’t that hard to handle.
Down this hallway is POPS, one of the really impressive operations, I think you will enjoy this area.

Egypt Shrine Club News
Hernando County Shrine ClubBy Noble Jerry Higginbotham
Greetings from the Ridge. It is with sadness that we must report that the Black Camel has taken two of our members, Nobles Stuart Rieben and Bobby Lesesne. Both were long time members and had been very active in club activities. Both had served on our board of directors until health issues slowed them, but continued to support the club as much as possible. Both members will be greatly missed and we send our deepest sympathies to both families.
October started the return of many of our Northern members and all of our Shrine Club activities have resumed. We had a great Social with dinner, dancing, good food and fellowship in October with a Halloween theme. A fun time was had by all.
Attendance is continuing to increase at our famous $5.00 Saturday Morning Breakfast and continued bargains offered by our Shrine Stores and the Flea Market also open Saturday Mornings. Nobles and Ladies, we need your continued support by attending the breakfasts and shopping at our stores. We have new items and bargains coming in weekly at our Shrine Store. Also, it may be time to go through and clean out your closets and bring your gently used clothing and household items to the Shrine Club. Remember, your discarded items may be just what someone else is looking for. Thanks again for your support of this very important function that raises funds to help cover the expenses of the operation of the Shine Club facilities.
Continued activities such as Wednesday morning coffees, Friday evening darts, and Tuesday evening cards continue on a normal schedule. Come visit, play and enjoy. Check the newsletter for a more detailed schedule of activities and events.
November is another busy month with our Board Meeting, Social, Business Meeting, etc. Plans are underway for an exciting November Social with a Thanksgiving Theme. Check the Newsletter for all the details and make your reservation early. Also, our annual paper drive project for the hospital will be on Friday & Saturday, November 15 and 16. There will be a sign up sheet at the Shrine building as we will be needing help in both Sebring and Lake Placid. Noble Mike Byers will again chair this project. Nobles and ladies, we need your help, sign up today. Also, Nobles and Masons don’t forget that if you are coming this way, we have very nice motor home or RV accommodations with 4 RV spaces on our grounds with 30 & 50 amps and water. These spaces are reserved for Nobles and Masons only. We are located at 2604 State Road 17, Avon Park, Fl. For more information, call our club at 863 382-2208. These accommodations are very nice and we need more Nobles and Masons taking advantage of these accommodations. Plan now to come visit, bring friends and stay the weekend and enjoy the Saturday Morning breakfast, shopping at our stores and fl ea market. We are not far from the Sebring downtown area where many activities are held on weekends so on certain weekends there are car shows, music, shopping, etc. on the circle so come see us.
In closing, we wish all our Nobles and Ladies of Egypt Shrine a very Happy Thanksgiving and please do not forget to thank God for our families and time together during the start of this Holiday Season.
Until next month, God Bless!
New Port Richey Shrine ClubBy Noble Ron Bart
One door closes and another door opens. That is the only way to describe our September meeting. We arrived at the VFW where we have met for twelve or
14 • Sands Magazine - November 2014
so years to fi nd that the VFW had leased the kitchen and meeting hall. The plan was to turn the hall onto a restaurant. We were told that we could stay for lunch and hold our meeting. However there were several people eating lunch and making noise. So the fourteen members present stripped the walls of our charter and awards, cleaned out all of our stuff from the storage area and marched across the street to the American Legion. It was meatloaf Thursday and we were invited to stay and eat and maybe drink. By the time we fi nished the meatloaf we had made a deal to hold our monthly meetings there and could store all of our goodies in the back room. As I said one closes another opens.
That settled we could then focus on the important things like the Oktoberfest and the annual Christmas Party. This year’s party will be held on Saturday December 13, 2014 at the Seven Springs Golf and Country Club. The bar opens at 6:00 pm and the food arrives at more or less 7:00 pm. The price is still $35.00 per person and covers your meal of prime rib or chicken cordon bleu, two free drinks and entertainment. It is open to the public so invite your friends, neighbors and even your family to join us for our usual good time.
Make sure that your chaser is not a trooper. Here’s to you, Walt.
Sun City Shrine ClubBy Noble Ron Kemmeling
Sun City Shrine Club is comprised of many Nobles dedicated to serving and promoting our Shriners Childrens Hospitals through years of service. It is a real pleasure to acknowledge two of our fellow Nobles who exemplify that goal.
After many years as a Tour Guide at our Tampa Hospital, Noble P.J. Hough is retiring due to health issues. Knowing Noble P.J. is to know dedication that can only be expressed in superlatives. He has spent so many hours at our Hospital, we are sure some Staff think he is a paid employee. Thanks a million P.J. We know your smiling face and desire to make
visitors aware of the good work done by Staff and our local Shrine organization for our “children” will be missed.
Noble George Banes, Mr. Circus, Mr. Pancake Kitchen and other titles just as well known, has announced his resignation as Circus Chairman for next year because of business responsibilities. However, he stated this may be a one year sabbatical pending the resolution of business responsibilities, which is good news for our Members. Thank you Noble George for all the years of service on behalf of Sun City Shrine’s projects which provide fi nancial assistance to our Hospitals. Oh, by the way, along with all his other activities, he fi nds time to be a major blood donor.
On October 18 a local business owner, Chris Mann of Chris Mann’s Automotive Repair, dedicated his yearly Model Car Race held at his place of business, to our Sun City Shrine Club. All entry fees collected, as well as donations collected by fellow SCC Shriners at the event, were donated to the Sun City Shrine Club. Mr. Mann and his family have been very supportive of our efforts on behalf of Shriners Childrens Hospitals and we re very appreciative of their ongoing support. A sincere Thank You to the Mann Family. YOU ARE SPECIAL PEOPLE.
A special “thanks” goes out to the eight young men from the DeMolay organization who helped serve our hungry attendees at the semi-annual Pancake Brunch on October 26. The young men of this organization range in age from 12 to 21 years. They are dedicated to serving others and we hope they will go forward as Masons and Shriners. We also wish to send a big THANK YOU to the Nobles and LADIES who worked the day before selling tickets at various locations and again on that busy Sunday.
With the continued support of people like those mentioned above, we go forward with our mission of LOVE TO THE RESCUE.

Leigh Dittman Update$80,000.00 - This is what Leigh Dittman raised at her party on the 20th of September. The total was over eighty thousand dollars and is still growing. Way to go girl. Of course this was due to a lot of work by Leigh, Ellen & David Dittman. Of course they had a lot of help with the foundation team, Egypt Shriner’s, Imperial, and Leigh’s many friends, such as Julie from the Gold & Diamond Source. So far this young Lady has raised close to $800,000.00 for our Shrine Hospital . She is close to her goal of one million dollars. What is the potential for this young Lady?

Egypt Shrine Unit News
Director’s StaffBy Noble Scott Sandoval
The Director’s Staff had a wonderful month in October, even with unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately we started the month losing a great member of the Director’s Staff, Bob Merrill. Bob was a wonderful brother, and showed his passion for Shriners, by being buried with every single potentate pin he had received. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Merrill Family.
The Director’s Staff took second place in ad sales for the Egypt Shrine Circus. Please support club and unit events when possible as they support our Corn Boil.
Egypt ClownsBy Noble Keith “Dash” Blair
Balloons up! to the clowns who helped make the annual Fun N’ Frolic Oktoberfest such a success. The unit came together wonderfully and your efforts resulted in a great time by one and all.
The weather outside is starting to cool down (although those northerners among us may disagree with our defi nition of ‘cool’) and parade season is fast approaching. November brings a couple of parades which give us a chance to spread more smiles and cheer. Keep an eye on the weekly newsletter for more information and updates on unit activities.
Until next month thank you all for everything you do and remember; if It’s not fun, don’t do it!
Legion of HonorBy Noble Richard Weaver
This month we held our meeting at the Yuengling Brewery in Tampa. This was with our Ladies and we had the Commander of the International Association of the Legion of Honor, Ted Henderson. This was a night to remember. We took in 3 new members, had a tour of the brewery and were treated like Kings. Not only did we sample their products but they even had wine for the Ladies. Rick Grant provided real German food and all the Ladies brought fi nger food. We had 50 Nobles and Ladies in attendance and according to our Finance Offi cer it was the best meeting he attended. Commander Henderson talked about the upcoming International Legion of Honor convention in Tampa this coming May. The two young Ladies from the Brewery could not have been nicer. This night was the brain storm of our 1st Lt. Commander, George Fenno, We think there might be another night like this in the near future. REMBER IT IS AN HONOR TO BELONG TO THE LEGION OF HONOR.

Visit us on Facebook, group page “Egypt Shrine Motor Corps.” We post Motor Corps pictures and videos.
The pickle is now held by Rick Hall. Of course there is an excuse, something about the sun in his eyes or wind.
Annual Motor Corps party was a great success. Everyone that was there had a great time. If you missed it make sure you attend next year.
The Motor Corps has had several wonder rides. The weather is getting cooler. We have several exciting rides coming up. All riders are always welcome to come out and enjoy the fellowship. Please visit us at “Egypt Shrine Motor Corps” group page on Facebook for future events.
We are looking forward to the upcoming parade season. Our regular Sunday morning practices will start in February. Visitors are always welcome.
Ride safe, stay alert and enjoy the freedom of an open rode.

Congratulations to the Fun & Frolic for another enjoyable Oktoberfest on 19 October.
The food and drink were wunderbar, and the antics of Fritz, “The One Man Circus”, were again, sehr unterhaltsam!
The November calendar shows several dates of importance, the Council of Units meeting on the 5th; Town & Country Parade on the 8th; VA Hospital Parade on the 10th; and the Stated Meeting on the 12th. At the time of this writing, {9/30th}, I don’t know if the “parade
puffer personnel will be able to properly puff and perform” … and that also “pertains to the plural percussion pounder personnel”. The Golden Years time to time tends to tarnish.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Lady Georgia Pettibone on November 22nd.
Remember the kids in the hospitals.

PharaohsBy Noble Jim Rocha
Remember our Veterans and the parade which honors them on Nov 8 in TnC at 10 AM. Post parade party at the Oasis is always a blast! Other parades will follow the Veterans parade, so I have scheduled a practice on Nov 16 @ 11:00 AM. We’ll have lunch somewhere, after.
The Pharaohs Christmas dinner is Dec 13 @ 7:00 PM at Spain Restaurant downtown Tampa. Reasonable cost, good sangria, fl amenco dancing – what more could you and you lady ask for? RSVP to James Griffi n.
See you at the Pharaohs meeting on Nov 11 - Oasis beforehand. Peace be with you…

Scoundrels” out did themselves along with all the Guard Nobles and Ladies in putting on an evening to be remembered by Egypt Shriners. The Guard pulled off another great event with pulled pork sandwiches and great camel’s milk. Here’s a “Tip of the FEZ” to all! Thank you to all the Nobles, Ladies, and Friends who joined in the fun of the Provost Guard Country Western Dance. The challenge of fl oating the keg was an all out war and everyone seemed to enjoy the entire hoe down!
An Act by Congress approved on May 13, 1938 made the 11th of November in each year a legal holiday—a day to be dedicated to the cause of world peace and to be thereafter celebrated and known as “Armistice Day.” Armistice Day was primarily a day set aside to honor veterans of World War I, but in 1954 after World War II had required the greatest mobilization of soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen in the Nation’s history; after American forces had fought aggression in Korea, the 83rd Congress, at the urging of the veterans service organizations, amended the Act of 1938 by striking out the word “Armistice” and inserting in its place the word “Veterans.” With the approval of this legislation on June 1, 1954, November 11th became a day to honor American veterans of all wars. Honor our Veterans and be proud to be an American!
This month we are busy again with Parades, Veterans Degree, Luncheons and numerous Committee Meetings. If you haven’t been to the Temple lately come on down and have some fun with your Brother Nobles. And don’t forget to put the Provost Guard Christmas Party on your calendars for Saturday December 20, 2014 at Westchase Golf Club beginning at 5:30 P.M.
All Nobles in good standing are welcome to join with the Egypt Shrine Provost Guard. We meet on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Unit Room. Come out and join with us. Welcome to our newest members Noble Bill Scott and Lady Kathy and Noble Barry Williams and Lady Doris.
Be ever mindful of the true “Thanksgiving” and be grateful for the many blessings we have and enjoy in these great United States of America.
Tin LizziesBy Noble David White P.P.
I really don’t know where the time goes. Things are quiet but the October and November planners are full of great events. There is hardly a weekend free.
My Lizzie continues to be sick. I removed the carburetor, bought a gallon of Gunk, put the carburetor in the wire mesh bucket, dunked it in the can and left it for a while. They do get dirty don’t they? In my younger years while an apprentice in a large factory west of London, much time was spent working, just like most teenagers, stripping bikes and cars for repair so we had a vehicle for work on Monday morning. Not to have motorized transport for work meant a seven mile bicycle ride to and from the factory each day. Winter weather in that area left we underpaid apprentices freezing to death at the risk of being mown down by car drivers. Difference was that there was in those times many more cyclists and fewer cars. My Ford Anglia had hydraulic brakes with a single cylinder in each drum. Not very effi cient and the system seals were always leaking and getting fl uid on the shoes. Father taught me how to boil the shoes in mother’s large saucepan with plenty of Tide. While she was shopping of course! While I think about it vacuum wipers. Remember those. Raced across the windshield going downhill and stopped going uphill while the engine was laboring. A four cylinder side valve with cast iron block from which we drained the coolant each night to prevent freezing. Add that to the fact there was no heater and we see the reason they were called a Ford a Ford, Four Wheels and a Board.

Noble Winford H. Dillard Named Shriner of the Month
Noble Winford H. Dillard, better known as “Wink,” of Egypt Shriners in Tampa, Fla., has been named Shriner of the Month for October 2014. The award program was developed by the leadership of Shriners International to honor outstanding nobles who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to both the fraternity and its philanthropy, Shriners Hospitals for Children.
An Important Asset for Patients and Their Families
Noble Dillard was born in Welch, W.Va., where he married his Lady, Willa, in 1960. They have three children, nine grandchildren, and fi ve and a half great-grandchildren. Not long after Noble Dillard moved to Lakeland, Fla., he joined Egypt Shriners and the Lakeland Shrine Club. There, he met Noble Don Markell, who had been transport-ing the children of Polk County to Shriners Hospitals for Children — Tampa for many years. Noble Markell was very ill, and he recruited Noble Dillard to take his place as the patient transportation driver for the club. Taking over the responsibility with immense
enthusiasm, Noble Dillard made his fi rst trip in May 2005. The number of patient transports began increasing, so Noble Dillard recruited several more drivers and co-pilots to fi ll the growing needs of the program.
An avid Corvette enthusiast, Noble Dillard was having his personal car serviced at Stingray Chevrolet in Plant City, Fla., when he approached the owner regarding the patient transportation program. As a result of the con-versation, the owner said he would donate gasoline to fuel the hospital excursions. From then on, the patient transportation drivers would fi ll up the vans at Stingray Chevrolet, allowing the money saved to be used else-where. In 2010, Noble Dillard spoke to the owner again about purchasing a new van to replace their aging one. The following week, the owner donated a van to the Lakeland Shrine Club to help them manage the increasing number of patient transports. The patient transports continued to grow, and two years later, Noble Dillard con-vinced the owner to sell the Club another van, at his cost. Today, Noble Dillard continues to organize all the pa-tient transportation trips, which add up to about 15-20 hours per week. He keeps one van at home, and another in the eastern part of Polk County to better serve the patients and their families.
The Epitome of a Shriner
In addition to being dedicated to the transportation of patients, Noble Dillard is also a devoted volunteer at the Tampa Shriners Hospital. For the past six years he has volunteered in the seating department, which manages the selection of wheelchairs, seating technologies and components that meet the anticipated growth needs of the patients. He has a regular full-day weekly shift with the department, and also comes in to work additional days when he transports patients to the hospital. So far, Noble Dillard has logged a total of 2,164 volunteer hours at the Tampa Shriners Hospital.
Noble Dillard also collects aluminum tabs and cans, and so far he has brought more than 120 gallons to the hospital. He also collects cans from the local golf course, as well as his subdivision, and sells them to raise additional money for the Tampa hospital. Noble Dillard also takes the old batteries from the hospital’s seating de-partment, sells them and donates the money back to the department – to date, the donations have amounted to more than $1,000. He also assists with car show fundraisers and volunteers with the Lakeland Fire Department at their annual open house, where he shares burn awareness materials with the community.
The impact of Noble Dillard’s many activities on behalf of the fraternity and its philanthropy is immeasurable. He used the knowledge that comes from having a degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech to initiate a mobility equipment service that accepts used equipment, reconditions it, and then donates the equipment to children who do not have the fi nancial means to obtain it. The service, which started out to include just walkers and manual wheelchairs, has grown to also include power wheelchairs, scooters and various accessories. Ac-cording to Craig Kraft, the seating coordinator at the Tampa Shriners Hospital, “Most wheelchairs cost from $500 to $5,000. Noble Dillard helps us maximize our resources to help more children who need seating and wheeled mobility equipment here at Shriners Hospital for Children — Tampa.”
In addition to the obvious tangible benefi ts of his efforts, Noble Dillard’s hard work provides an example to look up to, which inspires and motivates fellow members, creates a positive impression in the community, and, in turn, strengthens membership.
According to those who know Noble “Wink,” he truly loves volunteering, and his dedication and commitment to Shriners International and its philanthropy, Shriners Hospitals for Children, are the personifi cation of a Shriner.
Congratulations to Noble Dillard for his achievements and for being chosen Shriner of the Month.

Fellow Nobles:
It’s hard to believe we’re quickly approaching the end of another year. A lot has happened in 2014 and it doesn’t look like that’s going to change in 2015 for Egypt Shrine. Halloween is coming for our children in a couple of weeks so please be careful out there and keep an eye out for the safety of all. Next month we get to celebrate Thanksgiving and no matter what situation we may currently be in we all have a lot to be thankful for.
If you have not visited the Egypt Shrine web site in a while you’re in for a nice surprise. The site has recently been completely redone and updated. We invite you to visit at http://www.egyptshrine.org and let us know your thoughts.
Also as some of you may know we’ve created a photo gallery of Egypt Shrine events. You can access this new gallery from the new web site or directly at http://gallery.egyptshrine.org in your web browser of choice. If you’ve ever wished you could get a copy of that wonderful picture of you and your lady, now you can! We hope you enjoy.
Until next month, have a safe and wonderful November.
