On behalf of the owners of the Strata Corporation VR478 (collectively the “Vendor”), CBRE Limited (CBRE) (the “Agent”) is pleased to offer for sale Langara Estates One (the “Property”).

Covering a large 245,080 Sq. Ft. Site (approximately), existing improvements include 11 buildings comprised of 42 stratified units. The site is well located in the heart of Vancouver’s prominent West Side neighbourhood, immediately adjacent to Langara Golf Course and within walking distance to the Canada Line SkyTrain. The site is well-positioned within a neighbourhood that is experiencing tremendous growth and development, making it the ideal location to build a prestigious master-planned community.

The Vendor is a strata corporation. Any offers to purchase all 42 strata lots and common property comprising Strata Plan VR478 is subject to the provisions of the Strata Property Act. All prospective purchasers will be advised of an offer submission date after an initial marketing period.
