• Collect blood aseptically with theOrthokine®vet (10 mL) syringe

• Centrifuge the syringes for 10 minutes at 3000 g (RCF)*

IMPORTANT: Process only one patient‘s

syringes at a time and load symmetrically!

• Extract the Orthokine®vet-serum aseptically under visual control (ø 3-4 mL)

IMPORTANT: Avoid aspiration of erythrocytes!

• Label each syringe with patient details, store at -18°C or colder

• Shelf life: 7 months post processing

• Incubate at 37°C for 6-9 hours

IMPORTANT: Label syringes with patient data!

• Disinfect the working surface

• Disinfect the septum of the Orthokine®vet (10 mL) syringe
