Please schedule your appoint-ments in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and therapist. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to design your personalized treatment, to relax, and enjoy your spa foot bath.

Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment or package. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of the full amount of service.

Careful draping procedures are observed at all times. For your convenience and comfort a spa robe and slippers will be provided. Under-garments may be worn if preferred.

To preserve a peaceful environment and experience, cell phones and pagers must be turned off.

You will be provided a locker to store your personal belongings. Please refrain from wearing jewelry during your treatments. The Purple Door may not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.
