THE PALMS RV RESORT 2021-2022 SEASON

RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS Here is how to make your reservation and secure the site lot of your choice for the 2021-2022 season!

1. Fill out the attached Reservation Form and all other applicable forms.

2. Attach your check payable in US Dollars to The Palms RV Resort for the term of rent that you have selected. Checks written from Canadian Banks must have U.S. Funds imprinted on the check, not handwritten. If you are not paying by check, complete and attach the Credit Card Authorization form. We also accept secure payment over the phone.

3. Deliver, Mail, Fax, or Email the Reservation Forms to the Discovery Center Office. We also accept and encourage phone calls to help expedite this process. 4. A team member in the Discover Center will process your reservation and send you confirmation by email. First come, First serve. If you have not received confirmation within 2 weeks, please contact us.

5. To obtain and secure the site lot of your choice, you must choose the “first of the month” as your arrival date and make sure to mark that down on the reservation form.

6. Note: Unless it is medically necessary, no changes to any reservation for arrival dates will be made, including 5 and 6 month reservations. If you have not paid fully for your reservation, please expect to do so on your planned arrival date. Your reserved number of nights will start on your arrival date whether you are here or not.

7. Six-month (179 nights) reservations are given priority status. Lots selected under the six-month (179 nights) rate program may be occupied for a total of no less and no more than 179 consecutive nights. If you wish to stay longer, you may start a new reservation.

8. If you are currently residing on a lot requested by another guest for a six-month (179 nights) reservation, you may preserve that lot by upgrading to a six-month (179 nights) reservation for next season. Again, Six-month (179 nights) reservations are given priority.

Seasonal Package Cancellations: Cancellations made more than sixty (60) nights prior to arrival are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee only. All other monies

(Deposits or Prepays) will be refunded to you within 30 nights of cancellation. Cancellations made inside sixty (60) nights of arrival date are fully earned unless

“Medically Necessary” (proof from Doctor is required). If medically necessary, a $75.00 cancellation fee will apply. All other monies (Deposits or Prepays) will be

refunded to you within 30 nights of cancellation.

Nighty, Weekly, and Monthly Cancellations: No refund on cancelled nightly, weekly, and/or monthly stays. Refund is only possible if medically necessary (proof

from Doctor is required) and a $75.00 cancellation fee will apply. All other monies (Deposits or Prepays) will be refunded to you within 30 nights of cancellation.

* Electricity Charges: Passed directly to the rental guest by matching all of the published rates, fees, and taxes outlined on the Electric Company's website

(APS.com). The Palms charges the following additional fees as permitted by Arizona Revised Statute: meter reading fee $1.90 and administrative fee $7.50.

Seasonal & Monthly stays require Electric Billing while Weekly & Nightly stays do not.
