There will be no prosecution if paid within 14 days of being issued. People who do not pay FPNs, and those who offend more than three times, may be prosecuted and face a fine of up to £1,000 and a criminal record. The area subject to PSPO restrictions between 8am and 9.30am and also between 2.30pm to 4pm is shown on the map overleaf and indicated by signage in the affected streets.
