safe or protected• security is to make the

rules and take action for the welfare of society

• We all feel safe when we are at our home.• Our city, is another home of us where we should be

able to feel safe. After 9/11 people didn't feel safe in their own city.

• The USA government responded to these attack by fighting in a war of terrorism against Afghanistan and Iraq.

• The responsible for 9/11 is Osama Bin Laden. Who was the head-leader of a terrorist group. Bin Laden was executed in the USA.

USA PATRIOT ACT• signed by President George W. Bush on

October 26, 2001.• Stands for Uniting (and) Strengthening America

(by) Providing Appropriate Tools Required (to) Intercept (and) Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001.

• The Act came after the September 11th attacks on New York City and the Pentagon.

• Congress immediately started work on several proposed antiterrorist bills, the final bill is the Patriot Act.

• The final Act included a number of sunsets which were to expire on December 15, 2005.

• On May 26, 2011, President Barack Obama signed the PATRIOT Sunsets Extension Act of 2011, a four-year extension of three key provisions in the USA PATRIOT Act:– roving wiretaps, searches of

business records (the "library records provision"), and conducting surveillance of "lone wolves"—individuals suspected of terrorist-related activities not linked to terrorist groups.

• The Patriot Act´s main point was to protect people from terrorism. It allows FBI agents to search personal information of people, to read their emails, and listen to their private phone calls.

• The reason that the Congress pass the bill and the President signed the it was it was the year of 9/11. Most of people were scared for another attack.

CONCLUSION• In conclusion, The Patriot Act represent the lossness

of our liberty, by violating our freedom. we should realize of our liberties and fight for them.
