World ready upon graduation.

At Peninsula, the well being of our students is paramount and our positive psychology approach to pastoral care will be meaningfully embedded into learning and teaching. Indeed, it will permeate all aspects of school life in order to ensure our students can develop in an environment that facilites their personal and academic growth.

Within this context, our House system will be invaluable in terms of fostering a genuine sense of community where our students can be nurtured and feel valued. Thus, our pastoral support will be forged around the House system to ensure we have the infrastructure in place to meet the needs of all our students.

Whether a Dingo, Wombat, Kangaroo or Koala, the students of Peninsula International School Australia will develop an appreciation of the importance of team work, as they are held accountable by their peers.Through various events, be it in sports, music, art or drama, our students will represent their House as they work together towards a common goal. We have begun the process of identifying days and times in our school calendar for House events and we are already looking forward to seeing how our students meet these challenges head on. The sense of camaraderie will be instrumental in regards to empowering our students to become leaders, responsible citizens, and confident life long learners.

Peninsula International School Australia held a Coffee Morning on Saturday, 18th September at the Enquiries Office of Edusentral. Parents and children came along to meet the Senior Leadership Team and to learn more about our school. They were given the latest updates about the school, the teaching staff and the number of students enrolled.

These coffee mornings provide a valuable opportunity for parents and their children to talk with the Senior Leadership Team on a one-to-one basis, in a relaxed setting. Conversations about pedagogical approaches, sporting endeavours, musical and artistic talents and future ambitions could be heard. This is just one way that we demonstrate the importance of and our commitment to establishing and maintaining a positive community and partnership between the staff of Peninsula and parents.

This was our last coffee morning for the year although we will continue to welcome parents at our Enquiries Office at Edusentral, Setia Alam, until the end of the December. The staff will be present at the Eco Ardence Educational Fair, Setia Alam on the Saturday, 10th of December from 10 am onwards.
