That this international citizen of science is a Biafran, is enough for the world to recognise the potentials wasting in Biafra. More Phillip Emeagwalis are locked in the dungeons of the geographical expression called Nigeria by its brutes masqurading as democrats and leaders. Sad enough, these "leaders" do not subscribe to the survival of Biafra.

You have been an inspiration to me. And most importantly, you are worthy to be emulated by Africans all across the world.

It is good that we share the same Igbo culture as well.

Prof. You are truly amazing, but most importantly you are a pan African. I was however intrigued and somewhat disappointed by the failure of our government to buy a supercomputer costing $120m for your research work back home. While I concede that there are no barriers to Technology, but it is like you rightly pointed out in one of your articles those who export it are the rich nations of the world.

What will it take for you to come back and put your knowledge and skills for the advancement of the black man here in Africa?

Mazi Calculus, you are blessing to your generation and a great pride to Africa and the world. You believed in your convictions and you were convicted for your belief(s). Nevertheless, sheer grit and rugged determination, in spite of the opprobrium that greeted your ground breaking reasoning. Your determination to show the entire world

that you were not jiving was inspiring and heart warming. Please apply the same wisdom you adopted in the remote programming of them processors to solve the 3.1 billion problems bedevilling Africa. Well done.

Just wanted to say I thoroughly enjoyed the Out of Africa section on this site. It is very interesting to read about the experiences of a country boy from Nigeria making his way to college in the U.S. – quite an unprecedented ordeal it seems. I am glad to read of your successful adjustments, especially during such a difficult decade as the 1970s. I too was in school in Oregon in the 1970s, which is what led me to that section on this site.

Hey you guys. Have you ever heard of a word wall and "The word for today"? Well...put this guy on Euroclydon's Person for the day. In advance: Thank you for reading. Thank you for completing my survey. Thank you for ordering Vemma product from me. To your health, wealth and prosperity peoples.

Philip Emegawali: Who is he? http://www.emeagwali.com/interviews/capstone... What did you invent? / What stages of inventing did you go through when you were working on your invention? / Were you working by yourself or with a team? / Why do you like inventing? / What

makes you a good inventor? / How did you get your idea for the invention? Philip's web site: http://www.emeagwali.com/index.html Henderson, Susan. ( ). AFRICAN AMERICAN INVENTORS. Emegawali.com. Retrieved by Lettie A. Davis pen Euroclydon on 11/11/2008 from: http://www.emeagwali.com/interviews/capstone... Annotation: Mr. Emeagwali has examined the phenomena of two styles of study-ers, how they study and the features of those modes of study and transfered that knowledge to how he should study a phenom found in his laboratory of the mind...otherwise a battlefield without the tools he found in observing these two styles. Susan the interviewer asks Mr. Phillip: How did you get your idea for the invention? In reading one finds comments on the two styles:Convergent & divergent thinking. In reading the article found at the referenced

site one may identify the phenom found as: methods and procedures. Because the industry could not believe and or understand what Mr. Phillip was 'saying' their find in Emeagwali resulted in the creation of a new phenom on the horizon of computer technology "SCALABILITY". "Today scalability is cool and every vendor promises that their system is scalable." Emeagawali: The inventor of. Euroclydon.

: Dear Dr. Philip & Dr. Dale Emeagwali, : I am a man of mixed blood Native American. I believe the Earth cannot heal until the indigenous peoples in all lands regain greater dominion over their respective original homelands. We must make 3.1 billion good decisions per second to harmonize our impact with Nature. Calculation of the global weather with your massively parallel 12 dimensional genius inspires imagination to shift this effort from passive observation to active preservation with equal gusto. Reading your wonderful site

helps restore my faith that many young people will soon unite their efforts to restore full power to the natural health of the Perfect Blue Earth. Worldwide Efforts to reunite the natural resilience of the people with Nature's Threshold must gain modern support of technology. Can you find a way to apply your connection technology to help honeycombs everywhere keep on buzzing with Nature's sweetness for millenniums to come? The power resident within the women of the earth remains essentially untapped as if tightly held in great reservations a theid apart awaiting the pull of the Moon... ...For this time of unprecedented need a new strata... a uncrossed threshold of natural energy remains pooled beneath observation awaiting opportunity to arise as One! Mother Nature Herself personified with human intelligence is this

force embodied within those we love as our own. It is my prayer through dreams that the men of the Earth will find the wisdom to release this "Jeannie" from the bottle... ...her home for millions is our own! : My dreams are real. They are lived and scribed with all sincere accuracy possible to allow by the new "creation buffer" method. Allow to share with your stature of high hope readers. There is a Nubian series of dreams that especially needs to be interpreted by many. A gift from one indigenous side of the world to the other. Patience at first, as dreams : reside at the cutting edge of our understanding. : Of importance to new readers is a needed word missing in English and central to this work; the term "Sho" is coined for womankind the complementary term of

endearment to "Bro". : The in-sight was... http://www.shonew.com until I lost my amateur {just for love} "sho new dot com" without professional help... : The out-site now is http://www.shonewo.com the Nubian dreams are scribed on URL http:www.shonewo.com/high-desert-wind.htm

Even though i will like to

acknowledge you as a true son of Nigeria. Iam not please with your strong attachment to the past. You seems to have an unforgiven memory of the civil war. Please neither the late sage Awo, his yoruba tribe or the Hausas that you errorously try to portray as those who plotted evil against igbos are guilty of the crimes you are trying to ascribe to them on your site. The Nigerian Civil war was an unneccessary ill, everyone suffered the consequences of that war. Beside do not forget the igbos attack yoruba land to Ore in present day Ondo state during the start of the war. Lets forgive past and move forward p-l-e-a-s-e.

Hello great man,

We are very proud to have you man. People like you and Obama are changing Blacks' history. I grew up in Burundi learning the achievements of Whites and all those lies such as Euclide is Greek and all other useless thing like the birthdays of French kings. You guess from where? From a Black teacher and a french made

book. But I had to.

Thanks to God now I have a computer and connection, I can learn the truth of human history.

Good luck from a Brother in Shanghai, China.

I write in response to the irresponsible insinuations of someone who calls himself

Abbey Ige who wrote in from Nevada. Mr Ige claims to have an objective assessment of what he considers to be the unfair treatment the Late Gen Philip Effiong received from the Igbos. This according to him, started from Prof Emeagwali's website which the Igbos ('of all people') are using as a platform for 'insulting Gen Efiong who saved them'. One thing is immediately evident in that write up: Mr Ige was born an Igbophobist. He has an axe to grind with Igbos and he alone can explain what the matter is. But I have one message for Mr Ige (if his burning hatred will let him listen). The Igbos were created by God just like all other tribal groups in Nigeria. It is God's intention that the Igbo race will remain. No amount of hatred by the likes of Ige will exterminate the Igbos. Mr Ige must learn to accept that the Igbos are a part of Nigeria. If Nigeria was made bad by Mr A or Chief B or General C, it is not because he/she is Igbo or Yoruba or Hausa or Ijaw etc. Decent people do not hold tribes responsible for actions carried out by persons. I'm sure this is too high an ideal for

the likes of Mr Ige but the truth must be told. Dr Chris Ngige whom Mr Ige maligned is one of the best governors that Nigeria ever had and Anambra State indigenes have never failed to acknowledge that fact. I hope and pray that the real problem is not that Abbey Ige is jealous of Prof Emeagwali's achievements. If that is his aggro, then I am very sorry for him. Meanwhile, Prof fire on. The Good Lord is on your side. He has chosen you for countless graces and no one can change it, no matter his tribe or inclinations. Jisike!

was able to discover him ,so it is true i am a living testament to what he says.Simply knowledge is here for the taking the choice is our own. This time we must not allow ourselves to be overshadowed by our hunger for today. We must instead plan for our future. The future of mankind

Dear Sir,

It is my pleasure to mail you but I wish to crave your indulgence for contact you at this point in time, I must say that I am proud of you despite I haven’t seen you in person, you obviously proved a good Igbo man, a good Nigerian, a good African citizen. with heart of love I kudos all

your effort to us in general. May the Lord God Almighty bestowed upon you His divine Wisdom in addition to the uncommon ideas in you. Because I have been challenged by your Article with Celtel magazine Quarter 1, 2007. Right in there you make me proud and to think more valiantly on how I can consume more ideas and information as much as possible.

Please I need a personal word of encouragement from you, for one reason. I have read much about you but then I need just a word from you.

I wish to acknowledge your reply, Thanks and God bless you forever. OSCAR.

There is no doubt that you are a genius and deserve every commendation. However, I think it is a shame that your section on Biafra provides a channel through which Igbos of all people insult and malign the late General Philip Effiong. No matter what people say about free speech, we have those that are sacred in our culture and who should never be publicly set up for insults, especially from worthless ingrates who have never done anything for Nigeria. Igbo people have moral grounds to reject Dr Azikiwe for abandoning them towards the end of Biafra, and to also reject Ikemba Ojukwu who fled Biafra when they most needed him. They also have good reasons to ostracize the likes of former Governor Ngige and Chris Uba who have brought shame on

them. And yet, your website would never provide the opportunity for these people to be attacked. But you allow your site to be a tool through which General Philip Effiong, your savior, is discredited. This is most shameful and a sign of ingratitude, all because this noble man is not an Igbo man. In fact, this man’s courage is acknowledged outside eastern Nigeria and even globally. Just review the international response to his death. As a Yoruba man, I think I am in a position to be objective about this. You, as well as the Igbos who have insulted General Effiong through your website, are where you are because of this great hero, and not because of your abandonment by the great Zik or Ikemba, and certainly not because of the Ngiges and Chris Ubas who are currently bringing disgrace upon you. I think you should reconsider allowing

your site to be used as a forum for insulting the one man to whom all Igbos should be eternally grateful.

As a parent, a publisher, and an inspiration speaker, I have followed your progress and have even used one or two of your materials in my presentations.

But I have a short question. We all have your father to thank for his foresight in getting you to solve 100 mathematical questions everyday. As a father yourself, are you applying your father's strategy to your son? Why or why

not?

DEAR BIG BROTHER PHILIP, YOU ARE A GENUIS JUST LIKE THE GREAT ZIK OF AFRICA BUT WHY IS IT THAT DESPITE ALL THIS GREATNESS YOUR PEOPLE ARE SUFFEREING?

I HOPE AND BELIEVE THAT GREAT SUCCESS IS WHEN YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL AND PEOPLE AROUND YOU ARE GIVING A SENSE OF BELONGING?

WHAT DOES IT PROFIT US ONITSHA PEOPLE TO HAVE SUCH A BIG BROTHER AND STILL WE ARE NOT HELPING EACH OTHER?

THERE ARE A LOT OF BRAINS IN ONITSHA BUT MOST OF THEM ARE FROM A POOR HOME AND NONE TO HELP WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO THE GREAT ONITSHA THAT BROUGHT INDEPENDENCE TO NIGERIA.

IS IT NOT TIME UP FOR ONITSHA ADO N`IDU TO BECOME A FEDERAL STATE SO THAT WE WILL REAP THE FRUIT OF OUR LABOUR NIGERIANS?

I first learned of you several years ago while assisting my son on a book report for school. Upon going to the library and asking the librarian if there were any books written about you. She said stated, "I never heard of him, let me check the internet". I then smiled at her baffled look. She was anxious and astonished as she lead my son and I to the encyclopedias and other compendiums. Thank you for difference and contributions you have made to our society. The world

Phillip, I wonder what a son Africa has produced, I wonder how the whitemen that flogged the backs of our forefathers in the plantations now call you a great mind, I look at all your achievements and say hallelujah to Amadiohs for making a worthy son like you triumph even at the soil of the whitemen. Hello Phillip, I am an African American male. What I have read about you so far has inspired me to read on and research even more great men and women of African descent. I thank you for reaching out to educate the world, and promote positive change and inspire those who need to see one of their own achieve, in spite of the obstacles that may stand in their way. I, too, have been inspired to learn more, do more and teach more to others about the blessings and gifts that

our people have already contributed to this world. I've always tried to convey to others, especially African Americans I encounter, the potential that we all possess and dreams we can bring into fruition through faith in our abilities; the determination in our hearts and persevering toward that worthwhile dream. May God bless you and your work in educating others and achieving your dreams.

EMEAGWALI-I-I-I-I! How are you dear brother? Your name and work were given to me almost a year ago (February 2005) with the intentions of including your name on a list of Inventors for African American History Month and to introduce your name and profound work to the public libraries' patrons and community-at-large whom may not have heard of you. The paper got misplaced until this week. Keeping a promised made back then, before losing the document with your website on it, I visited your site the other day. WOW! Through GOD's Grace and mercy, may you continue to walk and do good, great things for the inhabitants of this great planet. You also make one proud to be of African descent in spite of the

negative images and beliefs that have historically affected the epic memory of those of us born out in the Diaspora. The children with whom I meet, greet and perform for (and with) as a professional storyteller WILL KNOW the name, reason, and favorite music of EMEAGWALI for sure this time when I present "A-B-C-D-E-F-G, Inventive African Minds Making History." Atleast we can show the world that goodthings can come out of Nigeria, and there are more that are yet budding so they should just be on the look out for more of your likes in nigeria... Sir, i believe that all you need to do to us the younger generation is to constantly give useful advices and lead rightly and then we'll follow diligently and explore other areas

that are yet untapped then, we see who will set limits for us.... Kudos to you sir, and keep up the good work.

Phillip, you are a beacon of light in a dark continent.

I have always been wondering why is it that black man can run faster, punch harder, jump higher

but can not write better.

Your story loudly emphasizes the ingenuity of the black man despite the mis-education of the negros.

Your story also brings to mind the scientific and technological achievements of Biafrans during the Nigerian civil war.

Your thunderous but yet unheared inventions breaks the jinx of black man's inferiority.

You are a great gift not only to the Ibos in particular but to Nigeria and Africa in general.

Yours have shaded light to the darkest part of every black man.

Thanks for your courage.

May God be with us.

Bravo dear brother!

You have made all Africans proud and a source of inspiration to all

africans as well as non africans.

You have broken all myths and stereotypes about black people.

You have vindicated God Almighty because most white people think that they are better or more intelligent than anyone else.

I shall follow your footsteps God-willing.

Thank you so much and keep up the positive spirit. May God continue to guide and protect you.

You are an inspiration not only in the field of science, but also in the

way you have made a connection between our history as Africans (black people) and how it has affected us today and will affect the future. People need to understand how much blacks have done. The sad thing here is that we keep waiting for other races to publish and spead info on how great blacks are. How can we expect them to do so? We are the ones that have to do this. Why can't we handle our own business? Forget them giving us credit, we should give ourselves credit. We are humans just like everyone else on this planet. Who or what are we waiting for? If the young kids do not know who or what is what, then the enlightened adults need to take it upon themselves to shed light on the facts. If there are not enough computers in Africa to get this info out, then do it the old fashioned way with handed-out print info.

Full color post cards/flyers can be shipped and handed out in schools stating the facts in ways that these kids will connect with. Items like this do not cost that much these days. If the governments will not do this, then the private sector should. Let us start a movement today ....Propaganda to empower and boost the self esteems of our youth. All Africans are great, we really are. Most of all we do not need any approval from other races. Let us love ouselves first.

I congratulate you.

I visited you websites and it was a glorious experience ; it was packed with literary Contents and Brillant ideas of academic and intellectual benefits, thus armed with the courage and other spiritual weapons gained from your site, which drives you towards the zenith your profession. I hereby vote you in my world as My Great Hero, My Great Role Model, and My Archetype of Excellence.

I admire your spirit of enterprise and of endeavour. You have shed lustre on Biafran - our country and our race. You have proved by example that tenacity of purpose is the key to unlock the barred gates of mystery and of fate. You have taught me by your efforts that the word "impossiblity" must be erased from

my mind, and that with requisite determination, assiduity, self confidence and industry, the dizzy heights of academic fame can no longer be reserved for a given few.

On your Speeches especially the one Titled: " How Do We Reverse the Brain drain?" and "Black History:Lost, Stolen or Strayed" if i did not learn any thing, I learnt to intensify in my struggle to receive a better education, and it also dawn on me that Education is the sore need of our country(Nigeria) and the education that she is needs is in my own words, "not Europeanising, but rather Euro- Africianising the Africans" And this is my aim in whatever activity i enagage myself. uchenna Timothy Ogbuanu [email protected]

Dear Professor Emeagwali, though I have been constantly perusing your site, this is the first time I have posted in quite a long time. I have finished my Masters and starting a PhD. Like you, I had to leave Nigeria, specifically U.N.N. due to strike and as a result, will finish my PhD in my early thirties rather than earlier. However, like I had posted a while back, every time I have hit a wall, I come back here to get inspiration to continue. Your words about geniuses is

one that I definitely agree with and have observed. This has given me an optimistic outlook in that nothing fashioned by other human beings is impossible to learn. I have also learned that only true geniuses can really make anyone understand esoteric knowledge in basic terms as you have shown. I still mourn the true and just Biafrans that died for the struggle and those that are still suffering in Nigeria. I am trying to start a small unit of Nigerian experts that will help train the eager and bright young minds in Nigeria. After several years of information gathering, I believe that the best way to save the country and the continent is through immediate application of technical knowledge backed by a sound theory that produces visual results. I was wondering if you have ever initiated any such exercise and if so, what practical advice you can offer.

Dear Sir, Your site has become a bible of some sort to some of us. It inspires us in our quest to re-discover old truths. One of which is the truth about the place of the Blackman in

science & technology. And as an Igbo man, the history and & the journey so far for us as Igbos.

Sir, I was honored to receive a phone call from you in 2005, & the only exhilarating experience I can compare the encounter of that day to, is the way I felt in Jan 2001 when I was granted a students visa to the United States. Knowing fully well that the nature of your work and the towering responsibilities only allows you enough time to return only 2 to 3 calls per week, and these calls are chosen randomly. Sir, it’s an honor to be associated to you, either remotely or anyhow. I feel Inspired, Informed & Involved with your works and the light that you and other great African over-achievers have lit in our hearts & minds. Shine on sir, shine on and make the mountains a plain for us the up and

coming. Shine on, sir, and make the valleys a level ground for those yet un-born. Shine on Sir, and give a human face to the Blackman, a face filled with the light & the force of knowledge and wisdom. Such that whenever these people of a different skin color, that believe that nothing good can come out of Black-Africa, as they stare into your face, the rays of light & the heat of knowledge coming from you, will melt away their doubtful minds. Shine on sir, and let the heat from your mind heat up our on minds as well, that we being activated by this light will jointly cause a glorious light to reside in Black Africa. I look forward with bubbling interest, to yet another direct encounter with you. I remain respectfully yours Ike Chidolue [email protected]

Like a tree that falls in the forest and there is no one to here its mighty thunder, many lights like you are dimmed by extraordinary circumstances that frustrates Africa and African. May the circumstances that lead to you beacon shining brightly despite pretence by some not to see your light (cos is the wrong colour) be a guide and an inspiration to human beings around the world.

not be written off yet. You've made us all proud even in Ghana. May He who granted you your many tallents grant others as such. God bless Africa and thank you for inspiring a frustrated continent. Aye be ama oman.

Part of our responsibility as Nigerians in diaspora is to continue to engage in 'think home philosophy'; trying to know if we can take home some of our great achievemnets abroad. I think you are already engaged in this, but you can still convince your friends and associates to go and invest in Nigeria and in ala Igbo particularly.

Keep moving to greater heights. We support you with prayers. You are an asset to our world. You have made the black man proud in the computer world.

Can anything good come out of Africa? When you watch CNN,Africa is being portrayed as the land infected with wars, diseases, hunger, strife, corruption, with our cities being given a ghetto status. What a deceit from them who came here to rape our women, exploited our resources and planted a seed of discord among us.They are still on it even now.Only time and God will execute judgement on them.We will always prove to them that we are not descendants of apes. The first shall be the last and the last shall be the first,i believe stongly on this though it might not happen in my

generation. So big Bros keep embarrassing them with your astonishing discoveries.Whether they like your colour or not they must bow to you to tap from your wealth of experience. But remember that that which you are doing over here can equally be done here.Aku rue ulo......

I am a law student at the Howard University School of Law. I along with a couple of my friends are putting together a nonprofit event in the NY/NJ area during the weekend of June 30-July 2nd, called the Metro College Reunion. I would like to invite you and everyone to this event as a guest, and if possible as one of the

individuals to sit in on our panel. This event is not like your regular reunion. There are two underlying purposes; (1) to create a venue where people will meet with other young professionals to network, and (2) to create a venue where people who attended school in Nigeria will meet up with fellow alums with the sole purpose of exploring ways to help the education system in Nigeria. Which school you donate to, what to do with the money and how to organize for the donations is entirely up to the attendees. Our role in this is merely to provide a venue to make it happen. We have put together quite a most enjoyable and entertaining weekend because we believe that we might as well get started on being "the leaders of

tomorrow". I hope you can attend this event because at the forefront of creating a better and progressive Nigeria, we need people of Nigerian ancestry such as yourself who are making a difference today.

If you are interested in attending this event or in helping us with the forum, please feel free to e-mail us at [email protected] or visit our site at http://gsso.net/reunion2006.. For more information on this event and the many activities which include a forum/panel discussion on "Networking strategies; What works and What doesn't", picnic and a cruise; please go to http://gsso.net/reunion2006. Thank you for your time!!! Aq

I have learned a great deal in this website. Your honesty, hard work, and discipline has earned you a million

dollar ticket, fame, and most importantly you have contributed or invented a mathematics formula that has revolutionalized the computer industry and other field. It is something that will be known in a life time. Great work, you have proved wrong the ignorant, racist white supremacy in the west. I was so socked to know that Euclid the great mathematician was a black African. This white supremacy has created a dysfunctional historical scholarship. Writing books for the past five hundred years glorifying themselves at the expense of others especially black Africans. I am a Kenyan 100% African. I would prefer that African people to start teaching African children African history especially about the great kemetic people and possibly refer to themselves as the children of the great kemetic people because we are truly the kemetic people. I believe that we are the

descendant of the great kemetic people. I would truely like you to take your expertise and leapfrog Africa to the modern age. My dream is to see Africa as a united states of Africa. It’s so sad that we are not controlling our own resources. Our continent is the wealthiest in natural resources yet we are the poorest. Truely you have done an amazing job and am hoping you have many more inventions in the future good luck to you and your family, by the way I hope Denzel Washington will make a movie about you thanks a lot bye.

Dr. Philip Emeagwli is the man i admire the most. i believe he is the moses of Africans. he did not only

made us proud, but he left a laggacy warthy of emulation by all youth who want to succed in life. He also show them that Africans are superior only that Bad gorvernmene is reverging us. though he might have lost hope in Nigeria but i want to tell him that he is owing many Nigerian the dept of comming home and show us the way up staies. i will like to include him in my new book as one of those set aside to be emulated.

is my first visit to your website, and i think you definitely need more publicity. Your speech was very moving and i think one way to encourage this younsters is to create scholarship opportuinities and offer them jobs back home like you mentioned. There are thousands of great minds out there who don't even have the chance to get into schools in Nigeria because of the fierce competition. It is no longer a case of who is intelligent like it was in my father's days but it is now who you know and how much money you have, this very sad. I was a victim three times but now im a straight a student at my collegeiin Texas !

Guy You more publicity than you think.I

will suggest you arrange a programme with DSTV in South Africa for a documentary on you life achievements so far. This will go a log way in encouraging african youths to embrace education more seriously. This i assure you will speak louder than all the write ups on you web site.Africa is seriously lagging behind in ICT and a documentary about you transmitted to the would DSTV subscribers in Africa is the magic touch and the greatest thing you can do to boast education in Africa to encourage your brothers. You seriously need maximum publicity. You suffered racisim due to the fact the white controlled media outfits used the communication power on you even after you had won all the prizes. But it's still not late. Hope you are still visiting Nigeria in 2007as you promised. Your are the

greatest and don't forget your root - IBO LAND.We have been empowered to bring development to the black world.God has ordained it.
