Todd Twyman is a CERTIFIED FI-NANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with the Perrone Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Todd’s primary focus is on financial planning, includ-ing retirement, estate, education and asset allocation.

Todd is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he earned a degree in finance. As a native of Glasgow, KY, Todd maintains strong ties to the South Central Kentucky area. Working to serve both his community and his church, Todd is on the board of Adoption Bridges of Kentucky and on the St. Paul United Methodist Endowment Committee.

Todd and his wife, Anna, have one son – Cole. They enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the lake and attending sporting events.

William WolfordFinancial Advisor

Will Wolford is a Financial Advisor for the Perrone Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Will’s main focus is in-vestment management and working with individuals to help manage their overall portfolio.

Prior to joining the firm, he played thirteen seasons in the NFL with the Buffalo Bills, Indianapolis Colts, and the Pittsburgh. Will appeared in three Super Bowls and three Pro Bowls. Will is currently entering his 4th year as Color Analyst for the Indianapolis Colts Radio Network.

Will was born and raised in Louisville. As a graduate of St. Xavier High School and Vanderbilt University with a BA in Sociology, Will maintains strong ties to many local organizations and the community.

Will and his wife, Jude, have three girls – Grace, Lauren and Bridget.

Thomas Perrone, CRPS®First Vice President – Wealth ManagementFinancial Advisor

Founder of the Perrone Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Tom is respon-sible for investment management of portfolios.

As a native of Louisville, KY, Tom is actively involved in the community. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Kentucky Derby Festival, on the Board of Directors of the Catholic Education Foundation, and the Paul Hornung Award Selection Committee. He is a graduate of St. Xavier High School and the Uni-versity of Kentucky, where he obtained a BA in marketing and economics.

Tom and his wife, Shelley, have four children – Victor, Emily, William and Maggie. They are members of Holy Trin-ity. Tom enjoys competing in marathons, completing the New York Marathon five times, and most recently, his 3rd Boston Marathon.

Brett MahlePortfolio Management Associate

Brett Mahle is a Portfolio Manage-ment Associate with the Perrone Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. His primary focus is to provide investment management, equity and fixed income research, portfolio analysis and trading support for the Perrone Group.

Brett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Dayton in 2001. While at University of Dayton, Brett competed as a mem-ber of the Dayton Flyer football team. He is a native of Dayton, OH and has strong ties to the Dayton and Greater Cincinnati area.

Brett and his wife Megan recently welcomed their daughter, Tatum, in December 2010. Brett enjoys golf, ex-ercising and spending time with family and friends.

Heather ThompsonSenior Registered Associate

Heather is responsible for managing the administrative and operational ac-tivities of the Perrone Group. Working to improve and implement processes and procedures to benefit clients, she strives to enhance the client experience. Her primary focus is client service and managing day-to-day operations for the group.

Completing the Series 7, 63, and 65 examinations, Heather joined the firm in 1999. She and her husband, Shawn, have three children – Kamari, Riley, and Reece. Born and raised in Louis-ville, she enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends.

Tracy RuzankaClient Service Associate

Tracy is a Client Service Associate with the Perrone Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Her main focus is client service and administrative activities. Tracy interacts daily with clients, han-dling the majority of the administrative requests.

Tracy joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and its predecessor firms in 2004. She and her husband, Robert, have four boys – Justin, Drew, Cody and Alex. Her hobbies include photography and spending time with her family.

3 Implementing your strategy After we have discussed and refined your strategy, the team works closely with you to bring the elements to life. Should we decide together that outside money managers are appropriate for you, we will draw on in-depth research and analysis to help you select from the

4 Reviewing your performance You will receive a quarterly review that outlines your portfolio’s performance, helping you track progress toward your objectives.
