We maintain more than $10 million in product liability coverage on the products we sell. All vendors are require to sign and comply with the HALO General Conformity Certificate, detailing adherence to all internationally recognized labor and social compliance laws before purchase orders will be submitted for order.

CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY IMPROVEMENT ACT (CPSIA)

The CPSIA mandates safety standards for children’s products with respect

to lead, phosphates, choking hazards and tracking labels.

STATE OF CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65

Prop 65 regulates over 850+ chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects,

or other reproductive harm.

VARIOUS STATE REGULATIONS

State including IL, ME, WA, VT, CT and many more have different and unique regulations for the presence of certain

chemicals in consumer products.

INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS

These include country/region specific legislation (CE/EU directives

REACH, and RoHS).

TOXINS IN PACKAGING ACT

This act limits the amount of lead, mercury, cadmium and hexvalent chromium in

packaging or packaging materials used or sold within 19 U.S. States.
