The Huge Singapore office was founded

on a massive digital transformation

project which was sustained for over three

years and now we want to share what

we’ve learned along the way.

Digital transformation is a hot topic these days and with that comes a lot of expert opinions, frameworks and mixed metrics for success, but Menaka Chandrasekhar and Brandon Schmittling from Huge SG have actually lived and worked through it from start to finish.

In this session, Menaka and Brandon want to make digital transformation understandable, accessible, comprehensive, applicable and fun through a series of case studies, real-world examples and stories. We want to illustrate just what goes on inside what sometimes feels like a blackbox for many practitioners and business leaders alike and leave our audience with insights and plenty of resources to use as they embark on their own digital transformation project.
