Nothingisgoingtomakeanyrealdifferenceinyourlifeexceptseparatingyourselffromthebalancedphysicalworld.Itcanandwillchangeeverything.

The truth reveals that you do not need to experience the bad to have thegood.Thebadwillstillhappen,butyouwillperceiveitdifferently.

Good/bad:Whenyouknowthetruth,youtakethetwosidesoflife,thegoodandbad side, and see them as one whole. You do this by understanding what thebalancingforcemeans.Itmeansallbadtimeswillpassandbecompensatedforbyanequalamountofgoodtimes.Italsomeansallgoodtimeswillpassandbepaidforwithanequalamountofbadtimes.Itwillalwaysbalance.

Whenyouknowthetruth,youwillenjoythegoodtimesmoreandstillavoidabadtimewhenyoucan,butwhenyoucannot,theknowledgeofthebalancehelpsyouget through the bad times. The knowledge of the balance takes away your reasons to be mad, sad, hate,worry,envy,bedisappointedittakesawayallnegativeemotionsandfeelings.

Wewanttoexpandourlife,notexpandourmindsastheydidinthe1960s.

Themoreyouliveinthepresent,themorefulfillinglifegets.Timewillslowdownyou will see the magic and wonder of life you saw as a child, and you willexperience it without the ignorance and all the negative emotions of childhood.Soon,youwillbeabletoseelifebetterthanachildseesitoranyanimalhaseverseenit.Youwillseetherealworld,anenchantedworld.

Your two selves: Most people are not aware of the fact that they have twodifferent selves.Youhaveamind and a spirit (consciousness), and though theyseem like one thing, they are separate. Theway to realize that this is true is torealizethatsomethinghastobelisteningtothethoughtscreatedbyyourmind.

Whatisitthathearsyourthoughts?

Wedonotseethingsthewaytheyareweseethingsthewayweare.

Alltheproblemswehavestemfrompeoplenotknowingthetruthoflife.

Unhappy:People lookaroundand think,whyare theresomanypeople thatareunhappy?Wehaveprogressedsofar,yetpeoplearestillunhappy.Whyisntthisworldthewonderfulplaceitcouldbe?Changingtheworlddoesntchangeus.

Itdoesnotmatter howmuchweprogressmaterially itwill not changeanything.Onlylearningandseeingthetruthwillchangeus,andthuschangeeverything.

Thetruthtransformsamortalmanintoanimmortalspiritualbeing.

Itdoesthisbecausethetruthjustshowsyouwhatyoutrulyare,andthatchangeseverything.Thetruthdoesthesamethingforthewayweseetheworldandforthesamereason.Itshowsyoulifeclearlyitshowsyoutruelifeforthefirsttime.

Truelifeisperfect:Youcanseeandexperienceaperfectlife,becausethatisthewaylifeactuallyis.Ourimperfectmindsmessitup.

Greener grass: The concept of past, future, and a distorted perception of thepresentkeepspeoplerunningforthegreenergrassontheothersideofthefence.Theymissthepresentintheprocess.

Chasing thehorizon: It is like running after the horizon the faster you go, thefaster itmovesaway fromyou.Oneday,you realize thatyouarestandingon it.Whatyouwererunningafteriswhereyoualreadyareandalwayswillbe.

Allpeoplewant iswhat is in thepresent, but theydonot know it becausetheyhaveneveropenedit.Almostnooneknowswhatthepresentreallyis.

Thepresenthastobeourgoal,becauseitistheonlythingthatexists.

Thebig tease:Yourmindwill openuppartway from time to time togiveyouatasteof true life,and then take itaway. Itwillattach theopenmoments to thingsthatarehard todo, likethingsthatcosta lotofmoney, thingsthataredifficultordangerous, or things that the mind considers to be new or special. Afulfillinglifeisalwaysfreeandalwaysavailableonceyouknowthetruth.

Fulfilled: It is the way we feel when ourminds are completely open to life webecomefilledwith life.Beingfilledwith lifemakesyou feel thewayyouwant tofeel all the time. Fulfillment is true happiness.Doctors say that you feel goodor



happybecauseofthereleaseofchemicalsinyourbrainthatmakeyoufeelgood.This is true chemicals such as endorphins, adrenaline, serotonin and dopaminemakeyoufeelgood,buttheydoitbyjustallowingyoutofeelalittletruelife.Likeall drugs, theeffect is temporary, and it has a balancing downside. The ultimatetruthisnottemporaryandhasnodownside.Nodrugsarenecessary.

In thisanimal realm,physicalpainandpleasurewill comeandgo,butyoucanalwaysbefilledwithlife(fulfilled)onceyouknowthetruth.

Freedom:Ifyoutieyourfulfillmenttothingsthathappeninyourenvironment,youareatthemercyoftheconstantlychangingenvironment.Youwillonlygetatasteoffulfillmentwhenthingsgoyourway,whenyouwinorgetwhatyouwant.Spiritualpeople are fulfilled when they lose. If you do not attach your fulfillment to whathappens inyourenvironment, youcanbe fulfillednomatterwhathappens.Truefreedom is having the ability to be fulfilled independent of what happens in theenvironment.Almostnooneisfreenow.Onlythetruthwillsetyoufree.

Beingfreemeansbeingfreeofthemindthathidestruelifefrompeople.

Instant gratification:Why put requirements on feeling good? True life is beinggiventousallthetimewejusthavetoletitinallthetime.Truelifeisinstantandcompletegratificationthatcostsnothing.Beingfreeisinyourhead.

Thesecret:Mostpeopleknowyoudonotneedthingsorthingstohappentobehappy (be fulfilled), but most people do not know how it works. The secret isopening your mind. Without thought and negative emotions, the same thinghappensthathappenswhenyougetwhatyouthinkyouwant.

Youbecomeassensualasyoucanpossiblybeyoubecomeyoursenses.

Youcanfeelbetter thanyouwould feel ifyou justwonthe lotteryeveryday.Whynot? It is justastateofmind,orstateofnomind. It isyour life just takewhat iscomingtoyou.Youcanbefulfilledwheneveryouwant.Thepresentisforyou.

Beingfulfilled,beingfilledbylifeallthetime,isthetruegoalofmankind.

Everythingthatpeopledo,directlyandindirectly,goodandbad,istobefulfilledbylife.Onceyouknowthetruth,youcanskipallthethingsandjustbefulfilled.

Thedoor:Yourmindislikeadoor,andformost,itiscurrentlyclosed.Youhavetohaveatrulyopenmindtolearnthetruthandexperiencetruelife(thepresent).

Thatwhichis:Theliteralmeaningofthewordtruthisthatwhichis.Thelivingtruth=thatwhichis.Thatwhichis=thepresent.

Definition of ultimate truth: It is knowing the truth of life. It is knowing thefundamental,eternallawsofnature,andthenatureofthemindwhichdistortsandhidesthetruth.Itisanaccurateandcompleteunderstandingofthatwhichis.

Youdonotandcannotunderstandeverydetailoflifeanddonothaveto.Youjusthavetounderstandthebigpicture,thefundamentalnatureoflife.

This truth never changes, because that which is can never change. It cannotchangeandexist.Whenyouknowlifecompletely,youbecomelifecompletely.
