NEW CAMS PROPERTY MANAGER

A new Property Manager has been

brought on board at CAMS to man-

age The Preserve. Please join the

HOA Board in welcoming Christy

Loyd to The Preserve Family. She is

a graduate of University of North

Carolina Wilmington. Christy has

been managing property since

1997 and brings a wealth of knowl-

edge and experience to our rapidly

growing community. She looks

forward to getting to know all the

residents at The Preserve and work-

ing with us to make our community

better.

HELP IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNITY

Get involved! As home owners, we

can help improve our community by

better managing access to our

amenities. Each home owner pays a

monthly HOA fee. I f you see some-

one damaging our community prop-

erty or trespassing, call the Police at

910-253-7490. It’s our civic duty.

WE’RE A DOG FRIENDLY COMMUNITY

The Preserve is a dog friendly commu-

nity but some residents continue to

refuse to pick up their dog’s waste. We

provide the conveniently located dog

stations with complimentary bags.

Please encourage anyone you see not

utilizing these to begin abiding by the

rules & regulations. We all benefit!

MANAGE YOUR ACCESS CARD

Recently, there have been several

incidents wherein non-residents

have gained access to the clubhouse

through someone loaning them their

FOB card. This is strictly prohibited.

Any guest must be accompanied by

a bonafide resident at all times.

Help us insure you have access.

We are very pleased to see that more and more resi-

dents are taking advantage of the privacy shutter option

which provides greater privacy and adds a beautiful

finishing touch to the balcony area. Building 4 now has

two more sets installed with two more sets on order.

If you would like to obtain more information or order

your own, please contact Coastal Shutters directly at

phone number 910-253-3300 or stop by their store lo-

cated at 1729 Southport Supply Road in Bolivia. We

hope more residents will take advantage of this great

opportunity. Also, feel free to ask those residents who

have the shutters installed how they like them!

TRASH & MORE TRASH!

The dumpsters & re-cycle bins

are located for the convenience

of all residents. However, some

residents still leave re-cycle

items around and in the re-cycle

bins long after the bins are

totally full. The HOA Board is

working to obtain larger re-cycle

bins but until they arrive,

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE LOOSE

ITEMS AROUND THE BINS.

PLEASE PUT ANY LOOSE ITEMS

IN THE BIG DUMPSTERS WHEN

THE RECYCLE BINS ARE FULL.

Also, residents in building 3 are

supposed to deposit their trash

in the dumpsters located behind

building 4. Please use the

appropriate dumpsters assigned

to your building. This will allow

the residents associated with

the specific dumpsters to have

adequate space for their trash.
