JESUS FULFILLS THE PROMISE (Heart 3: Cross) But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 It was not enough that the Savior be born. It was necessary for Jesus to give his life for us. He died on a cross to obtain forgiveness for our sins. Before his death, Jesus said, “It is finished.” e promise God made in the Garden of Eden was fulfilled by Jesus Christ on the Cross. I BELIEVE IN THE PROMISE (Heart 4: Crown) “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.” John 3:36 God promised a Savior, and the Savior came. is means that through Him we have eternal life. Jesus will return again soon. He will take us to heaven and give us the crown of life. Jesus came the first time to fulfill the promise of God.
