The ProposalAn outline planning application for up to 625 new homes, including 30% affordable housing, landscaping and associated infrastructure on land at Lavente GateDevelopment can be exciting and bring a host of possibilities. The Guinness Partnership builds so much more than just houses – we make inspiring new places, create communities, and provide homes for all.

We want to build a range of housing at Lavente Gate – mostly smaller family homes, but it will include everything from one-bedroom flats to five-bedroom family houses. First we will create a wonderful new location, full of inspiration and opportunity for future inhabitants.
