The final proposed allocation estimates shall be arrived at

depending on the national revenue percentage allocated to

County Governments, since some company groups and their

subsidiaries do not need more than as indicated for when

County governments are allocated 33% of total national

revenue, thus, the companies allocation ratio shall not be

maintained as indicated in the table.Despite all the [County

name] subsidiary companies under one company group are

initial investment capital will be 100%/25% x KSH 2.472 616

trillion = KSH 9.890 464 trillion. But, the national revenue

keeps on increasing and the revenue allocation to County

level of governments may be reviewed up-wards to 50% of

sharable revenue, in addition to sharp value appreciation

(over 1000%) of RVDA owned-acquired investment lands

(acquired using RVDF and fully owned by RVDA in behalf of

member County governments, as public lands internationalstandard spatially planned & serviced, and to be leased at

market value for 99 years to appropriately allocated RVDAs

entities & P-P-P companies), for those reasons, the County

governments will keep on having more allocations than the

amount used in the above calculations, thus, RVDA (RVDF)

can mobilize KSH 10 - 30 trillion within the initial 10 yea

investment/development period.

3.0.Annual Overhead Charges and Social Responsibility Contributions to RVDAs Fully Public Not-For-Profit Entities

All RVDAs fully public entities except RVILB are non-for-profit

institutions serviced by annual overhead charges or social

responsibility contributions by the profit oriented RVDAs P -P-

P companies. In this case, each RVDAs P-P-P company shallcontribute a given percentage of her net profit to each of the

non-for-profit entities fund. To project revenue for each of

the non-for-profit entities fund, let as consider the following:

1. Considering market competitiveness of the RVDAsP-P-P companys products & services, each of the company

will make on average annual net profit of 20% of its

investment capital base i.e. 20% of its total equity worth;

2. Therefore the all the P-P-P companies are expectedto make annual net profit of between KSH 494.5232 billionand KSH 1.9780 928 trillion

[(=20/100x KSH 2.472 616 trillion =KSH 494.5232 billion) and

(= 20/100x KSH 9.890 464 trillion = KSH 1.9780 928 trillion)]

in Koitalel arap Somoei Memorial Park Nandi Hills and her

other specialized schools will be based within RVU, RVUT and

RVMU campuses, similarly, the University will manage theMemorial Park based Koitalel arap Somoei Talented-Girls'

High School, Koitalel arap Somoei Talented-Boys' High School

All the students will be admitted competitively targeting only

the students who as specially talented/gifted in a given field

of talents e.g. sports, mathematics, arts, medicine,engineering, music e.tc., the student will be offered full

academic & mentorship scholarship by the Talents

Sponsorship Fund. The University will establish various

specialized schools e.g. School of Music, School of Sport

Science, School of Art & Craft, School of Creative Arts &

Theatre Arts, School of Arts & Design, School of Medicine,

School of Engineering, among others. Koitalel arap Somoei

Institute of Talents will operate like the Talents Un iversity

with appropriate modifications.

4. ConclusionUpon the successful pursuance of the Velvet Revolution; the

establishment of the proposed RDAs that includes RVDA &SEDA, neither one of us no one in our next generations would

lead undignified life; neither one of us no one in our next

generations would be looked down upon (scorned) and

considered as nothing, as nyinyi hamunasauti bure-dudu

(small useless creatures).
