The Psychology of Dressing WellThe How and Why of an Attention-Getting

Wardrobe for Men

Nate Gee
Note: Font and text size on here and entire layout can change. I agree on a 10-15 page ebook for starters
Michael Duguet
Ok, I'm going to write all the thing that pass into my mind.First of all few generic thing about the template. May be we should try to have a white template with the logo on light shade in the background (like the white face of the business card) with black fonts for the text. Then I when I look at the list of slides zoomed out I see way too much text above all from slide 2 to 13. Most people will stop reading after few slides. I think people love images above all in a presentation. Also each slide must give only one main info, the rest is just creating confusion. I feel like the customer must not be drawn. Too much information kill the information. This being said lets start with the first slide: Here you might want to have the picture covering the whole page, this is a nice pic, may be you will want to put the cover page your friend prepare. Otherwise text is at good size for an introduction title. I'ok with that. By the way before you edit anything. You might want to keep the big version somewhere. We could eventually have a light version Free and a longer version with our blog post that we could try to sell, we never know haha...Or it could be get the full version when you buy one shirt something like this.

Did You Know That What You Wear Matters?

1. A first impression is usually made in just 3 seconds,

2. 75% of Americans think well-dressed men are more successful in the workplace,

3. 91% think dressing well makes a man appear more physically attractive.

Michael Duguet
I think you should start the presentation with attention grabber facts, I would put the 3 following as intro:A first impression is made in 7 seconds. (Slide 19, a lot know it, most forget it)75% american thinks mens are more succesfull... (Slide 16 Most men want to show they are succeeding)91% women thinks a men is sexier when dress well (Slide 16, not only you look to be succesfull but you also have much more chance to attract women)Serious / Successful / AttractiveAfter the facts, I think we should have a slide asking one question: Are you ready to dramatically improve your look? (or something that relate to the power of attraction)... On the background you should have a nice Maceoo picture with the man and women, may be the one called Point sec.At this point, Of course they are ready to read more... So basically we posed the facts and we are telling them read more to see the solution solution. After this point we should focus on what are the mistakes and what are the must do (probably by alternating the good and bad with pictures). Fit, what women like, quality fabric, 80/20 (better buy few good quality shirts than a lot of cheap ones that will stay in the closet), unique stuff that you don't see on everybody's back, comtemporary (not your grandfather shirt) and so on. May be with some facts and always pictures. After we explain the good and bad we have to come to the phase where we tell our story (in one slide not 5). We saw there was a lack of offer for fitted European style shirts and we decided to feel the gap... Then conclusion with our product offering and bonuses, and finally a last slide with key point that they should retain, something like the 3C and a nice pic on the brackground.I'm going to bed, I see you are online probably reading this. I will probably have some adjustment to the framework here but I will continue comenting on it tomorrow.

And Fashion is No Longer Just for Women!

Although women are often considered fashion-obsessed, the

truth is, men also have the desire to buy things they know they’ll look

good in.

Can you relate?

Page 5: The Psychology of Dressing Well

A vast majority (85%) of women think a guy who

dresses well is sexier than one who has a

lot of money

So how do women want you to dress?

Clean - “Keep it clean, unique, and fresh!”Confidence - “Wear clothes that exude confidence.”Crisp - “Go from shapeless, oversized shirts to form-fitting and bold dress shirts.”

Please Don’t Be “That Guy”...

Most guys don’t realize it, but they’re walking around with way TOO

much shirt!

More than anything else, baggy, puffy dress shirts

contribute to a sloppy look.

So Who is This For?

Nate Gee
Made some grammatical changes to the last bullet point. I like this point because when I read it, I feel like it can get our readers envisioning. There may be a more captivating way to say it though, e.g. "Any man who wants to leave a lasting impression."
