GINO BARONI

Craig was a Partner at global management consulting �rm Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath (PRTM) for 30 years retiring from active consulting in 2003 and carrying on as Director Emeritus until the �rm was acquired by Price Waterhouse Coopers in 2010. While at PRTM Craig’s major responsibilities included leading the global Supply Chain Management practice, leading the �rm’s expansion into Europe, and serving on the �rm’s Executive Committee. Subsequent to PRTM Craig has remained active in Private Equity and as CEO of an Enterprise So�ware Company, Founder and Director of a Community Bank, Founder, CFO and Board Member of a Clean-Tech Waste Management Company. Most recently Craig has been active in Real Estate Development both Commercial and Residential. Craig has been married for the last 43 years to Mary Jane Divino. �e couple split their time between the beach in Rye, NH and �e Club at Mediterra in Naples Florida

where Craig is a member of the Board of Governors. Craig received his undergraduate education at Boston College and his MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Paul A. Grillo, CPA has in excess of 35 years of development, development management, �nancial analysis, and capital acquisition experience. Mr. Grillo is a Co-Founder of Trident Properties, LLC and is a senior executive in Trident PROJ-ECT ADVANTAGE GROUP. In his role as a Co-Founder of Trident Properties, LLC, Mr. Grillo is responsible for identi-fying potential real estate opportunities; identifying trends of next generation development needs; development manage-ment oversight; expertise in �nancial planning, pro-forma analysis and summation; expanding relationships with public �nancial institutions and private capital sources; coordination with boards, committees and authorities regarding poten-tial and on-going projects. In the development �eld, Mr. Grillo has entitled a myriad of projects ranging from major hospitality facilities, large condominium projects, and commercial o�ce parks. Most recently, Mr. Grillo completed the Master Plan for the development of a 400-acre parcel on the Hudson River in upstate New York, creating a mixed use PUD including an 18-hole golf course, a boutique hotel and 350 dwelling units. Development Manger on two signature projects in West Palm Beach, Florida – �e Palm D’Or and �e Modern. �e latter required extensive e�orts in several parcel acquisitions and consolidation, initial site �nancing, and site plan and project development regarding the development concept/de-sign encompassing the demolition of the current 30 story, 188,000 sq �, 279 foot structure and the construction of a 300 foot, 21 story, 84 unit, 542,963 sq � structure. �e development submission received complete �nal approval by the City Commission of West Palm Beach in 2009.
