It has been such an honor for RHS to have been included in a small chapter of their journey. May 1, 2019 was National Decision Day, and many our seniors have made wonderful choices to attend outstanding universities, colleges, and trade schools. So it is here, the month of May, and the final days of the 2018—2019 school year. May is always a very busy month, with year-end activities, and this year is no exception. Seniors, you should choose your courses for your first semester of college, and you should be in touch with your college of choice to confirm your place in the residence halls. It is also important to let the colleges know if you aren’t attending their campuses in the Fall. It is not too late to apply for scholarships, so please continue to check the Scholarships tab in the RHS Guidance website and Career Cruising. Guidance Counselors will be entering senior English classes in May so that we can complete Post-Graduation Plans forms.

As the end of your Senior year is quickly approaching, make a checklist of priorities that need to be completed! Graduation day is almost here!

Graduation Requirements- Students need to continue to complete all homework and classwork to keep grades up. Attendance Requirements- Please make a goal of getting to school on time every day.

Your Guidance Counselor will be asking you to complete a Post-Graduation Plans Survey with your most up-to-date post-secondary college & career plans. Deadline May 15, 2019.
