with Perth’s builders to offer obligation free design consultations. Our

state of the art showroom, conveniently located in Osborne Park, is

a one stop technology centre. Navigating through products can be

confusing, so we give you the opportunity to get hands on with the

latest gadgets and gizmos. During your consultation we will design

your home cabling solution as well as recommend smart, connected

products to create your own intelligent home. Designing your system

correctly prior to construction will give you the flexibility to expand or

reconfigure as your needs change, without re-wiring your new home.

Our packagesAt a minimum, your home needs to be cabled to receive three

essential communication services: television, phone and internet.

It is important that your home is cabled correctly according to the

type of service available to you. This includes making provision for

connection to the National Broadband Network. Intelligent Home

cabling packages are all National Broadband Network ready and

compatible with other communication services such as LBN Co,

Opticomm, Telstra Fibre and Telstra Copper. If you are unsure, we

can assist you in finding out which Network Service Provider is

operating in your area.

3 Point Pack*

The 3 Point Pack provides a basic cabling solution for home

owners who want simple TV, phone and internet connection.

This budget friendly package is best suited to home owners who

have limited internet requirements and choose to run a wireless

internet connection from one location in the home. If your home

is a larger single storey or a double storey house, you may find

that the wireless coverage from a single location will be limited.

This pack is compatible with all service areas such as Telstra fibre,

Opticomm, LBN Co, copper and is NBN ready.

A smart wired home is ready for technology. The Smart Wire Starter

Pack delivers a high speed data network, integrated with high grade

television cabling, to industry recognised standards. The home

cabling is star-wired from a central, NBN approved smart wire

panel. The smart wire panel allows for future expansion, conceals

cable clutter and provides a central service and distribution point

for the home’s technology. This pack is suitable for all service

areas, plus it allows for the easy transition of services as the

home is upgraded to NBN technology. Package includes a system

handover by an Intelligent Home technician, valid for six months

after builder handover.

Entertainment Smart Wire Pack

In addition to the features of the Starter Pack, the Entertainment

Pack includes Foxtel cabling, a return feed for video signal

distribution capability, additional data points and a network switch

for greater integration possibilities. This pack is suitable for all

service areas, plus it allows for the easy transition of services

as the home is upgraded to NBN technology. Package includes a

system handover by an Intelligent Home technician, valid for six

months after builder handover.

we have access to exclusive systems not available through
