Very high mechanical load-bearing capacity and even-ness characteristics, long life and high resistance to chemicals, but with only minimum maintenance requirements – these are just some of the require-ments today’s industrial floors are expected to meet. These demanding requirements are met and excee-ded by RINOL synthetic resin-based coating systems. With over 40 years of experience in the development, production and application of synthetic resin coating systems, the RCR group is a market leader in the area of industrial floors and coatings.
Our synthetic resin coating systems will handle the conditions in any situation, from the installation of new floor surfaces through to modifications of existing
floors to meet new operating requirements or recon-struction projects, and to meet higher standards in terms of hygiene and operating safety.
RINOL systems are installed over existing structures, forming a hermetically sealed surface. This prevents contamination and penetration of the substructure. The connection between floor and wall is in the form of a hollowed-out groove or a liquid-tight basin, making the corners and edges much easier to clean and minimising maintenance costs.
A range of international testing reports are available for complete constructions based on our products, and we will be happy to supply these on request.
RINOL systems are:
• mechanically robust• resistant to chemicals• joint-free• poreless• liquid-tight• non-skid• available in a wide
range of colour designs
• easy to clean• easy to repair
