stakeholder problems for the organization. Unlike the expert prescriber role, here practitioners

work with management and are more likely to play an active part in strategic decision-making.

The practitioners have to do a lot of brain storming while looking for solution.

Lastly, is problem solving process which is rolled by the facilitators. The facilitators should give

100 % commitment in decision making. Our company is selling cosmetic product. Thus, there

are many things to do in order to rise our companys profit. But only several ideas will be

accepted. The best idea should be chosen properly. Even the price of the product will be

involved in decision making and also the material used in the cosmetic. As every drop of potion

in the cosmetic will give effect on customers that will reflect to our companys identity.

As conclusion, all of communication practitioners should fully grasped the original standard of

corporate communication rule and increase the quality level as a professionals and experience

amongst others. Be more courteous, outspoken, easy going, serious and creative . as all of these

criteria will make people think positive about you , for wherever you go, even if you move to

other firm. People will give highly respect to you because of your perfect criteria as an

employee.
