PPH ≥ 2000 ml 19 cases ( 3‰)

Conclusions 1) The prognosis and outcomes of PPH are more severe if

fibrinogen percentage, before and after delivery, decreased is higher than 50%.

2) PPH pathogenesis Hypothesis

First phase • Hypovolemia →Shock

Second phase •Endothelial damage → DIC

Fibrinogen Serial coagulation tests (every 1 hour)

Thromboelastometry can guide the medical intervention
