The « Sans Titre » wines are created from attempts and experimentation. They are limited editions and produced in small quantities. Name: Cuvée Sans Titre n°4 Appellation: La Clape Colour: red Grape varieties: syrah 100% Terroir: clay and limestone, in the middle of scrubland in front of the Mediterranean Sea Tasting notes: licorice, dark fruit and tar fragrance. Full body but well balanced palate with the roundness and femininity of this maritime syrah. Freshness and tension for a finish on zan and juniper tastes. Wine making: harvested and selected by hand, this Syrah was naturally vinified, without sulfite or yeast, with regular pigeage during fermentation phase. Ageing for 11 months in 150L earthenware jars before bottled. Food pairings: roasted pigeon with beans and bacon, beef braised in red wine
