Pursuant to sections 17 and 27 of TheOil and Gas Conservation Act, and subsection 30(2) of The Oil andGas Conservation Regulations, 1985 permission is granted to drill anoff-target well to produce from the Bakken formation located in legalsubdivision 8 of Section 17-32-21 W3M subject to the following:

MRO 216/96 A 75. Renaissance Energy Ltd. has submitted anapplication to drill an exploratory off-target well to verify seismicinterpretation. Pursuant to section 27 of The Oil and Gas ConservationAct, permission is granted to drill an off-target well to produce fromthe Dina Sand located in legal subdivision 4 of Section 2-40-28 W3Msubject to the following:

1 The net productive area used in calculating the maximumallowable rate of production shall be determined in accordance withsubsection 30(1) of The Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, 1985.

Permission is granted to construct the facilitiesand recomplete the well Pinnacle Johnston U A14-14-13-19 as apressure maintenance water injection well, in accordance with plansfiled with Saskatchewan Energy and Mines as Document No. P.M.1033 and subject to the following conditions:

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines prior tocommencement of water injection and subsequent to any modificationto such installations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 10 000 kPa.

3 Annual project reports shall be submitted to the EngineeringServices Branch of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines.

Permission is granted to construct the facilitiesand recomplete the well Talisman et al Bench 7-17-11-18 as apressure maintenance water injection well, in accordance with plansfiled with Saskatchewan Energy and Mines as Document No. P.M.1034 and subject to the following conditions:

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines prior tocommencement of water injection and subsequent to any modificationto such installations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 12 500 kPa.

3 Annual project reports shall be submitted to the EngineeringServices Branch of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines.

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of the Department prior to the commencement of saltwater injection and subsequent to any modifications to suchinstallations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 12 400 kilopascals.

3 All injection volumes shall be metered with a Departmentapproved method.

This approval does not authorize the applicant to dispose of saltwater without the consent of all the mineral owners, other than theCrown, that might reasonably be adversely affected by such disposal.

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of the Department prior to the commencement of saltwater injection and subsequent to any modifications to suchinstallations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 9 300 kilopascals.

3 All injection volumes shall be metered with a Departmentapproved method.

4 An application to plugback must be applied for and approvedthrough the Department field office prior to re-completing the abovewell for salt water disposal.

PARKMAN TILSTON BEDS POOL —PRESSURE MAINTENANCE

MRO 227/96. Pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and GasConservation Act, the application submitted by Tri Link ResourcesLtd. for disposing of salt water recovered from oilfield production byinjection into the Tilston and Souris Valley Beds through the previouslyabandoned well located on legal subdivision 8 of Section 3-10-2 W2M,is approved in accordance with plans and specifications filed with theDepartment as Document No. P.M. 1038 and subject to the followingconditions:

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of the Department prior to the commencement of saltwater injection and subsequent to any modifications to suchinstallations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 10 000 kilopascals.

3 All injection volumes shall be metered with a Departmentapproved method.

4 An application to plugback must be applied for and approvedthrough the Department field office prior to re-completing the abovewell for salt water disposal.

5 The casing shall be pressure tested for leaks prior to thecommencement of salt water injection.

6 The Tilston Beds shall be the reporting zone for all injected saltwater.

This approval does not authorize the applicant to dispose of saltwater without the consent of all the mineral owners, other than theCrown, that might reasonably be adversely affected by such disposal.

MOOSE MOUNTAIN TILSTON BEDS POOL —PRESSURE MAINTENANCE

Pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and GasConservation Act, the application submitted by Tri Link ResourcesLtd. for disposing of salt water recovered from oilfield production byinjection into the Tilston-Souris Valley Beds through the well TriLink WBOG Moose Mtn 9-4-10-2, is approved in accordance withplans and specifications filed with the Department as Document No.P.M. 1039 and subject to the following conditions:

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of the Department prior to the commencement of saltwater injection and subsequent to any modifications to suchinstallations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 10 100 kilopascals.

3 All injection volumes shall be metered with a Departmentapproved method.

4 An application to plugback must be applied for and approvedthrough the Department field office prior to re-completing the abovewell for salt water disposal.

5 The Tilston Beds shall be the reporting zone for all injected saltwater.
