approval of the Hon'ble Executive Chairman was obtained for setting up of "Conciliation Cell

exclusively for People Living with HIV (PLHAs) and Most at Risk Population (MARPs)" in the

premises of the Indra Gandhi Government General Hospital and Post Graduate Institution, (near

ART Centre) Pondicherry.

Further, I am to inform that a function has been proposed to be conducted on 13-09-2014

at Kamban Kalai Arangam, Pondicherry in connection with launching of various programmes of

UTPLSA including the inauguration of "Conciliation Cell exclusively for People Living with

HIV (PLHAs) and Most at Risk Population (MARPs)" at Indra Gandhi Government General

Hospital, Pondicherry.

During the occasion Hon'ble MrJustiee Sudhansu Jyoti Mukhopadhya, Supreme Court

Judge, Hon'ble Mr.Justice Sanjan Krishan Kaul, Chief Justice, High Court, Madras and Patron-

in-Chief UTPLSA, Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.Paul Vasanthakumar, Judge, High Court, Madras /

Executive Chairman, UTPLSA, Judges of Union Territory of Pondicherry and other dignitaries

would be attending for function.

AMENDMENT

In rule 4 of the said rules, for the words and figures “Rs. 5,000(Rupees five thousand only)”, the words and figures “` 10,000 (Rupees

ten thousand only)” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with

effect from the date of issue of this notification.

3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department

vide U.O. No. 2836/F5/A2, dated 19-12-2014.

are unable to work for their earning due to prolonged diseases under

the Scheme “Grant of Financial Assistance to the Scheduled Castepatients suffering from prolonged diseases Rules, 2001” and for the saidpurpose hereby makes the following amendments to the notification

issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 10/2001-Wel (SCW), dated 19-10-2001 by the

Chief Secretariat (Welfare), Puducherry and published in the

Extraordinary Gazette Part-I, No. 150, dated 30-10-2001 of the

Government of Puducherry (hereinafter referred to as the said rules),

namely:—
