Accessible, connected spaces are framed by architecture that is

the wharf buildings and warehouses that once housed the exotic

Water is once again one of its defining features – from the

spectacular water features in Gauging Square, to the promenades

Commissioned by St George and designed by renowned artist Gordon Young, Trading Words is a unique walking art installation.

Inspired by the exotic cargoes that once made Wapping famous – from diamonds to bear’s grease - it leads the visitor through London Dock, linking its past and present.
