Promoter and PersuaderPromoter types thrive at social events, meetings and are extremely expressive. They like to talk… a lot.
People who's personality align to the Persuader profile worth with and through people to accomplish their objectives. They are “closers”.
Appraiser and CounselorAppraisers are strong communicators who are direct, take initiative when they need to and are adaptable.
Counselors are relationship builders, empathetic and tolerant. They are good coaches, calm and serene.
High “S”s
Achiever and AgentAchiever types are independent, confident, and responsible. They keep looking for new pursuits and have a strong sense of justice.
People whose personalities align with the Agent pattern are kind and generous, like to be a member of a team and think of others first.
Specialist and AchieverSpecialists are loyal friends, patient and considerate and ready to help. They seek to create a peaceful happy environment.
Achievers fight for equality and justice, and have a strong sense of personal accountability. They are fiercely loyal.

Objective Thinker and Perfectionist
Objective Thinkers are very focused on accuracy - they use facts to make decisions and act. They are precise and efficient.
Perfectionists are process thinkers and focused on quality - they are deliberate and patient.
PractitionerPractitioners enjoy being a team member and helping others succeed. They prefer a supportive role, and would rather not be the leader. They don’t want to be held accountable for major decisions or taking risks.
