Swim Lesson informationThe Moore Parks & Recreation Department is excited to offer swim lessons this summer at The Station Aquatic Center.
Registration opens February 18th, 2020 for all lessons.
Group Swim Lessons: Our summer swim lessons meet Monday - Thursday for each two week session.
Fee: $40 per student per session
• Parent and Child: ages 6 months - 3 years | maximum 6 swimmers per class
• Preschool: ages 3 years – 5 years | maximum 6 swimmers per class
• Levels 1-4: ages 6 – 14 years | maximum 8 swimmers per class
We also offer private and semi-private lessons. Fee is $70/swimmer.

Classes & Programming Water fitness classes
Aqua Zumba: A low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise. Blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!
Shallow Water Fitness: Low-intensity to high-intensity! This water fitness class will offer multiple benefits for all fitness levels. You’ll get a great resistance workout in the lazy river to a variety of other formats, including kickboxing, water walking, yoga, and more.
Deep Water Fitness: Exercising in deep water decreases the impact on joints, improves circulation, stabilizes your core and improves flexibility. These workouts can benefit anyone! All exercises can be modified to meet almost any goal for any age or fitness level. This is a challenging and safe practice for the professional athlete, to reducing back pain for a pregnant woman, or improving functional movement for older adults.
Master Swim Class: This clinic is for all skill levels. Each clinic is based on individual stroke analysis and technique instruction according to the needs of the participant. Class includes a warm-up and cool-down swim. Cost: Free for Passholders - Day Pass if not a Passholder.
