Following the close of the third quarter wersquore looking to make a strong finish to the2018 fiscal year while at the same time focusing on starting 2019 in a big way Wersquore continuing to make strategic investments in talent to drive business velocity These new associates come to us with core competencies in key areas They arebringing innovative thinking with the potential to make a significant difference Wersquoreconcentrating on initiatives to bring Victory Energy closer to you and yourcustomers through pricing models and product configuration variations It is anexciting time Expect to hear more about these efforts over the next few quarters More and more itis apparent to me that our product and solutions diversification is a significantadvantage
During the recent ABMA Manufacturers Conference attendees had the opportunityto tour the Collinsville facility What they viewed was demonstrable proof of ourdeep product offering ndash watertube and firetube boilers HRSG Economizers andVISION burners It is compelling core strength and another example of the value ofrepresenting the Victory Energy line
The 2018 ABMA Manufacturers Conference was a tremendous success Itprovided all the companies in and around the Tulsa area the opportunity to showwhy wersquore the epicenter of all things boilers and heat recovery related products inthe US It further demonstrated the valuable contribution that the ABMA makes in
connecting member companies advocating on our behalf and working relentlessly toadvance the industry in Washington DC
2019 is promising to be a good year All the economic indicators are pointed in theright direction Capital spending is up Projects are being green-lighted There ispent-up demand for increased production in facilities across the country They allrequire steam and heat recovery solutions No company is better positioned thanVictory Energy This presents opportunity for all of us Letrsquos do whatever it takes torealize these sales opportunities Wersquore here to make it happen Count on us toperform for you ndash from concept to completion

It is especially gratifying when our steam solutions are experienced close to homeEarlier this year we prevailed in an intense competition to provide a boiler for PryorChemical ndash located only 30 miles from the Collinsville plant The solution that wasrecommended - a stock VOYAGER boiler (VS 4-57) ndash 50000 PPH with VISIONburners met exacting customer time frame requirements We were the only company able to provide the product in a stringenttimeframe for installation (20 weeks) and allowing for online startup in lateNovember
The project was vertically integrated every step of the way ndash a hallmark of whatVictory offers Prior to shipment the unit was test fired in the steam test facility withPryor Chemical boiler operators and control engineers in attendance on two differentoccasions All the logistics and transportation requirements were provided as wellas being actively engaged with all elements of the installation and startup VictoryEnergy was contracted for everything on this job - except the civil work This relievedthe customer of a huge burden due to an already thinly staffed facility It is gratifyingto win business in your own backyard
