We thank Stephen Brown for making the arrangements. Opening remarks were made by Tom Sloan, director of philanthropy. He introduced the speaker, Ernie Bouvier. His job is to expand the facilities of Scott & White. Ernie spoke of the challenging times facing all hospitals, giving many examples.
