Premium Pump

The Super Slider Pump casing and bottom plate are

made of AR (abrasion resistant) steel and includes

standard features as an 8’’ (203 mm) discharge and

hydraulic kit for all pump functions. The Super Slider

Pump is available in different configurations:

• On trailer

• With extended tilting 3-point hitch

• New tilting 2-point hitch

Manure management made easy

The Super Slider Pump is easy to align and load

into the manure pit—it provides excellent

maneuverability for operators. One piece

of equipment to service multiple pits allows

for moving between pits quickly and easily.

There is no need to own multiple pieces of

equipment; just one pump to get the work done.

No detail is left out

The Super Slider Pump is fitted with intuitive nozzle

and rotative valve position indicators. Both indicators

give operators an immediate visual identification

from beside the pump indicating the agitation

nozzle position and whether the rotative valve

is in pumping or agitation mode.

With the pump under liquid level or in a limited

visibility situation, knowing the nozzle position

makes removal of the pump much easier and can

reduce the risk of creating a dangerous situation.

Superior agitation performance

The Super Slider Pump is the only pump of its

kind featuring a dual-nozzle agitation design.

The additional bottom nozzle allows for increased

agitation capacity with minimal additional power

requirements.

The Slider Series is a new member of the GEA

family of PTO pumps, which have been a prominent

fixture on livestock farms for over 30 years. Multiple

configurations based upon storage type, manure

consistency and available horsepower have been

developed to provide a solution for any livestock

Super Slider Pump Specifications

The Super Slider Pump is available

in two different models:

• For pit depths from 8 to 12 feet

(2.44 to 3.66 m)

• For pit depths from 10 to 16 feet

(3.05 to 4.88 m)

The Super Slider Pump is currently available

on trailer, in the extended tilting 3-point

hitch and new tilting 2-point hitch mounting

configuration.

Like all GEA PTO pumps, the specific driveline

configuration is dependent on manure

consistency and available tractor horsepower.

The Super Slider Pump is available in 540 rpm

with a standard impeller and 1,000 rpm with

either a standard or HE impeller:

• 540 RPM = 70 HP min. at the tractor PTO

• 1,000 RPM = 95 HP min. at the tractor PTO

High Velocity Agitation Nozzle

Agitation nozzle with 3 1/2’’ (88.9 mm) opening

and optional 3 1/2’’ to 3’’ (88.9 mm to 76.2 mm)

flow restrictor for maximum HP efficiency.

The agitation nozzle allows for a 220º

horizontal rotation and 60º articulation.

The nozzle position is not configurable, the top

nozzle is at 48” (1 219 mm) above the floor

and the bottom is 16” (406 mm) above

the pit floor.

Optional Bottom Agitation Nozzle

The additional bottom agitation nozzle allow

for increased agitation capacity. The bottom

nozzle sweeps sediments from the bottom

of the pit to facilitate quick homogenization.

Both top and bottom nozzles can be closed

by means of one of these two options:

• Hydraulic cap—useful to stop flow out

of nozzle when liquid level is below

the bottom nozzle.

• Gate valve—provides a positive shutoff

with no leaking.

The Super Slider Pump is a premium product in the manure pump market. Standard features provide unmatched performance and operator convenience.

Rotative valve position indicator—visible to the operator from the tractor

cab. It clearly identifies whether the rotative valve is in pumping or

mixing mode.

Both agitation nozzles can be fitted with gate valves—provides a positive

shutoff with no leaking.

Agitation nozzle position indicator—the integrated rotating and sliding mechanism

allows for indicating the direction of both top and bottom nozzles and the vertical

position of the top nozzle.

High Quality Manufacturing

GEA has always been well-known for the high

quality manufacturing of its manure management

equipment. The Super Slider Pump, specifically

the sliding portion of the pump frame, features

stainless steel tubes and a proven o-ring system

for a perfect seal on both the discharge

and frame sections of the pump.

The main driveline features a pair of splined shafts

similar to a PTO shaft to allow positive power

transfer at any pump length.

Well-Thought-Out Design

The hose management system provides a safe place

for hoses and cables, limiting their exposure

to mechanical damage. They are located inside

a sturdy 4” (102 mm) vertical support pipe attached

to the bottom end of the pump frame, and they move

as the pump slides. At the stationary top end

of the pump, the hoses and cables are allowed

to make a smooth loop to take up slack

as the pump is retracted.
