After insertion

Bra

1. Hook the strap (of the pad) on the shoulder

strap of the bra (so that the inner surface

will touch the skin) as in (1), and wear the

bra.

3. Adjust the pad with the strap adjuster,

so that the Underarm sweat absorbing

spot of the outer surface of the pad will

be on the hollow of the underarm, as in (3).

2. Insert the lower part of the

pad inside the bra on the

underarm side, as in (2).
