his is the 22nd year that Tau Beta Pi will award and recognize members with funds in support of their senior year of undergraduate study. Last year, 289 scholarships were awarded from 628 applicants. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic achieve- ment, extracurricular activities, and the promise of substantial contributions to the engineer- ing profession. Strong faculty recommendations are an integral component to the application. Applicants are welcome from members or candidates for mem- bership who will be initiated by June 1. Recipients must be full-time undergraduate engi- neering students during 2020-21. Full-time students, graduating in the fall semester, are eligible for partial scholarships.
