Complaints procedure Sandeep Sharma - Principal Dentist (GDC Number 71129) Sandeep qualified from Kings College London in 1995 with a distinction in restorative dentistry. Sandeep bought Forge House Dental in 2000. As principal dentist Sandeep has a particular passion for Cosmetic Dentistry and has completed 2 Restorative and Cosmetic courses from the prestigious Advanced Dental Seminars. His interests outside dentistry include football, cricket, music and spending time with his family and labradoodle Bobby. Enia Adeleye - Associate Dentist (GDC Number 77238) Enia qualified from Luben University in 1992 and she joined FHD in 2015. Enia has a Masters degree from The Eastman in Periodontology and treats patients specific to gum disease. Her interests outside dentistry include Art and Baking. Anita Selvarangan - Associate Dentist (GDC Number 103935) Anita qualified from Kings College London in 2006 and joined FHD in 2018. She is currently completing a course in Aesthetic and Restorative dentistry. Her interests outside of dentistry include horse riding, mindfulness and yoga. Maanah Ajayi - Dental Hygienist (GDC number 168935) Maanah qualified from the University of Essex in 2017 and joined FHD soon after this. She has an extensive skill-set, including treating patients with anxiety. Laura Baker-Fawcus - Practice Manager (GDC Number 111191) Laura joined FHD in 2001 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2003. In 2016, Laura took on the role of Practice Manager. Lily Jones - Trainee Dental Nurse Lily joined FHD as a Trainee Dental Nurse and started in July 2018. Olivia Atkinson - Trainee Dental Nurse Olivia joined FHD as a Trainee Dental Nurse and started in April 2019. Joanne Venison - Receptionist Joanne joined FHD as a part-time receptionist in 2016. The Team Tooth fairy tips 1. Wait 45 minutes after eating to brush your teeth. 2. Use an alcohol-free mouthwash at a separate time to brushing. 3. Avoid acidic food and drink, even if they are ‘sugar free’, as they can cause erosion. 4. Limit sugar frequency in your diet. 5. After brushing spit out toothpaste but do not rinse.

We offer pay as you go private treatment but also have private capitation schemes available.

What will happen at your examination appointment?1. Discussion of your medical history.2. Jaw-joint examination to check for instances

such as grinding.3. Soft tissue check, including a visual oral

cancer screening.4. Gum health (periodontal) screening. 5. Check of tooth surface loss.6. Examination of hard tissue (your teeth!)7. There will be time to discuss any other issues

with you such as cosmetic concerns.
