About KT Torque Wrench KT torque wrenches are tested according to

International Standard DIN-ISO-6789 and get the GS certificate.

We calibrate every torque wrench that is produced by standard production process according to international standard DIN-ISO-6789 which doing three-point calibration to meet the standard rule of testing torque.

All testing inspects are difference with other company. Other company calibrates product by human, but KT company calibrates it by calibration machine to avoid human error calibration.

1.1.PullPull::Pull down the automatic locking ring at the top of handle.

2.2.Turn:Turn:Turn the handle: clockwise rotation to increase the torque value; counterclockwise rotation to decrease the torque value.

3. The lubricating oil:

When the tube body and the parts are working to produce friction coefficient. Using good lubricating oil can effectively reduce friction coefficient. (KT products use imported high-class lubricating oil to increase the using life and lubrication, then It will reduce the friction coefficient.

4. Fabrication technology:

The torque wrench is composed of a number of precise parts. The staff fabricators will affect the products quality. The KT staff fabricators must be subject to relevant training courses, then they can fabricate products to ensure the product quality.

5. Parts tolerance design:

Each part has a tolerance. It is an important lesson to learn how to control the product tolerance in a appropriate range. Each part of KT torque wrench has been meticulous thinking and computer design to processing to meet the quality of the product which is higher than the same business.

6. The calibration technology and equipment:

In order to ensure the quality of torque wrench, we have to calibrate the torque value when it is leaving the factory. The all of KT products meet DIN-ISO 6789. We use three-point calibration with the automatic calibration machine to avoid human error calibration. It makes sure the quality of torque wrench.

Using Notes1. After you work done with torque wrench, you need to adjust the torque val

ue to zero to avoid Long-term oppression of spring to elastic fatigue. It affects torque accuracy.

2. Avoid using the torque wrench as a dismantling tool to cause the damage of the component.

3. Avoid throwing heavily.4. When using exception. First, you can check whether the abnormal ratchet

head parts. If they have no abnormal, it could be damage the internal structure of parts. Please notify maintenance unit to fix it.

5. After general torque wrench used about 5,000 times, it needs to calibrate torque value. After KT torque wrench used about 10,000, it just need to calibrate torque value.

6. In order to ensure the accuracy of the torque value, please don’t disassemble any part in the tube to avoid any trouble when using the tool.
