The newly hired Emergency Managers knew each other which made it easier to facilitate meetings which begot collaborations……

And that was very good.

THEEMC is born A working group is formed that would

not elect positions but would agree to meet on a regular basis.

Meeting locations would rotate and offer a chance to learn more about the host school.
