Born in Nelson, and now living in Christchurch.
Graham Bennett graduated at the University of Canterbury, School of Fine
Arts and College of Education.
Graham has lots of art work over at New Zealand and Overseas.
The topics of his work include Niuean cosmology and Christianity, as well as perspectives on migration and colonialism.
John Pule
John Puhiatau Pule, born in Liku, Niue in 1962,is a Niuean artist, novelist and poet. He has lived in Auckland, New Zealand since the age of 3. The Queensland Art Gallery describes him as "one of the Pacific's most significant artists".
Fatu Akelei Feu'u, Born 1946 is a noted Samoan painter.Feu'u grew up in the village of Poutasi in the district of Falealili in Samoa.Feu'u emigrated to New Zealand in 1966. He has established a reputation as the elder statesman of Pacific art in New Zealand.
Feu'u's work is inspired by Polynesian art forms such as siapo (tapa cloth), tatau (tattoo), weaving, carving and ceremonial mask making.
