I believe that the most important thing is to be fearless as an entrepreneur. During all of the years I worked as an employee I lived in fear of not meeting the company's standards, of letting my co-workers down, and of not being the best employee I could be. I knew that I could be replaced very quickly, even after I had put in many years and had gained experience in my specialty. As an entrepreneur I please only myself, and the people who do business with me give me feedback as to what works best for them.
